She helped us feel comfortable and ready to keep baby the safest possible in a car seat. Her instructions were detailed and concise. We are grateful for her! So happy with all the instructors we've had to prepare for baby :) They are all exceptional.

In addition, they force the family to isolate from the patient for the first seven days, we explained she is confused and it would be a better outcome if we were there to transition, which they refused. In addition to that, after the first week we were getting calls about her being combative and not eating, she lost 15 pounds in 7 days, she is on hospice with comfort measures and they would only feed her applesauce and water. when my family visited we would bring her coffee since its her favorite, however the nurse Heidi refused to give her coffee and gave us an attitude about bringing her a coffee, Hospice or comfort measures seemed to be all ignored when my grandma made requests. theres almost NO STIMULATION for the patients, she was missing meals, they never moved her out of bed, she was missing her medications, and we ordered an oxygen tank for her which was LEFT IN THE CLOSET FOR DAYS, absolutely none of the staff checked who it was for and my mother had to physically visit her to put on the oxygen, take her out of bed, feed her etc, If all that wasn't enough, the daytime nurse Heidi, was complaining and telling my mother not to give my grandmother her own oxygen after the nurse failed to do so for the past few days.. overall this place may look nice on the outside but the care from the staff is questionable

We needed guidance on the tube feedings, skin care, and other nursing related tasks I had as a new caregiver though I have been an RN for years. Taking care of someone who just had a tracheostomy removed and needs constant attention is pretty overwhelming. Clarissa had ideas for us which we use even now. Her clinical skills are amazing. She obviously cares deeply for the clients in her care. If there is a schedule change we are always informed. We recommend Clarissa wholeheartedly!
