I started crying and there were other customers there that witnessed this. She will tell you to call back in two weeks and we'll get your animal in. Not True!! They will tell you what time to pick them up after surgery and they won't be ready for pickup. Ask the lady from Gaylord that drove all the way there only to find out that she couldn't pick up her car at the time they told her. She said that she drove all the way from Gaylord and this was the second time that this has happened and will be the last! I waited 1 1/2 hrs for my scheduled appointment with 2 babies and mama and was never seen. Please check out their Facebook page. Please take your animals somewhere else. When we arrived to the shelter we were greeted and shown the various dogs and cats there. The kennels were clean and the volunteers were very kind and thoughtfull. We had an interest in a particular dog. There were ten other interested applicants before us!!!
