Since we live three hours away, we had to put a lot of trust in him--and he completely delivered. He sent us updates and photos every night and kept in constant communication with us. He was patient when we needed time to make decisions and always gave helpful, honest advice when we needed it. He's incredibly knowledgable about every aspect of home renovation and we felt like he was always keeping our best interests at heart throughout the renovation. He really went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of. At our final walkthrough, he had already caught and planned to address things we hadn't even noticed. Our project grew bigger as time progressed because I trusted them and we ended up adding a new roof and roof design too. Keith was honest in saying the work wouldn't start for months but living in the "slower, lower" peninsula here, it was not unexpected. The project did take a little longer to complete than we expected, but we had 2 project managers leave Clarksville during our project. However, Keith and Andrew Heath stepped up their game to fill in. Their field technicians like Keith Lockerman and Donnie, were a pleasure to work with and their experience led to some ideas we hadn't considered when particulars to the project came up. Clarksville also chose some good subcontractors! The man who put on our new metal roof was a skilled craftsman. We get many compliments on it from the neighbors. C&B never intended to do the restoration, and they left me with half my floor ripped up. These folks are dishonest and manipulative. Do not hire them if they say they'll do the entire job. They only want to do mitigation - they won't do the restoration. They also left my walls in rough shape according to other contractors, appear to have cracked an HVAC drain pipe, and generally made a huge mess that I've had to live with. They've repeatedly trash talked my insurance company, terrifying me by implying that my house is going to sit in disrepair and be unlivable like another house nearby. They neglected to mention that the house they are referring to has structural damage and isn't at all like my house. They're just fear mongering and trying to whip me into a panic. It's awful to do that to a single parent who is just trying to get back to normal. Use another company if you want a job well done by people you can trust.

The quote from Luis was so low we thought that they would come back and tell us that they made a mistake. Nope. They just don't overcharge and they don't cut corners either. The work performed by Jose' and his team was flawless. The sucker actually took it upon himself to install the ceiling fan that we bought which was sitting in box outside the room! When done they cleaned up so that you never knew you had just finished a room. So yes; we were more than satisfied and you will be as well. I highly recommend this fellow and his company. Five stars -
