Don't call them for any maintenance issues, they will find a way to blame it on you, and call it negligence on the tenant's part and add that to your rent. They don't clean the house between tenants. There was kids drawings i found throughout the house after we moved in with the name Logan on it.....I don't have a child named Logan. The tub drain was never cleaned out before we moved in and when I tried cleaning it out myself after 3 months of living there, i couldn't. It was stuck all the way in there that we had to call them for a plumber. They charged us $180 because it was our "negligence." Once the year lease contract is over they will increase your rent without you knowing. They will say they sent the notice in snail mail, but we all know its a lie. My husband gets the emails from the USPS on what will be in our mailbox and it was never in there. We can prove we never received it, but they cant prove it was actually sent out? They email about rental insurance and late payments, but not the increases? That right there is suspicious. (they don't want you to get the notice, they want to hit you with the late fee) And don't think about a grace period for rent due. If its not paid on the 1st, you will get a $50 late fee. I know people who own their house and they get a 10 day grace period for their mortgage payment. I was in there paying my rent, the day before it was due with a cashiers check and the lady "helping me" never said anything about my check not being enough money. They must be trained to not let people know if there is a balance. So I left the office thinking I didn't have to worry about rent until the next month. HAAA! WE GOT AN EMAIL SAYING THERE WAS A BALANCE DUE, WITH A LATE FEE!!! Oh fancy that, they send an email for that. When you move in, you have a form of to fill out of things wrong in the house. My husband put the storm door to the backyard slammed shut and it was messed up. We never addressed it after, or fixed it. We recently got our deposit back and they took that out of the check. 1489 Agnes Southate is the address. DO NOT RENT THIS HOUSE!!!!!!!!!! They put it up for $1,845. NOT WORTH IT, DON'T DO IT! nothing in the house is even, we put a level in the floors in the living room, kitchen, all bedrooms and the bathroom and nothing is level. So don't put anything on the entertainment center, because as people walk upstairs EVERYTHING will eventually fall off because of the unevenness. I felt it sitting on the toilet too. They know that the roof and the garage floor all needs to be replaced, and they still put the house up for rent a month after we moved out.

It was a nightmare trying to schedule walk through, inspections, and closing. He refused to attend the key exchange and his client was not moved out. So my agent had to remind the seller of his contractual obligations. I would not recommend this agent or company. You can not shuck your responsibility because a client is difficult.
