This is despite the fact he couldn't stop talking about how much the sellers were in love with our home and despite the fact this was 1 of 2 strong offers after the first open house. Caving to their wish list created an unraveling of additional requests - it was ridiculous and a seasoned agent should have foreseen this and at the very least suggested a credit rather than us dealing with repairs/requests 1,000s of miles away. They couldn't keep to the pre-listing schedule because apparently, they only have 1 company they use for staging (What?) and they were backed up. By the time the sales process was over, it was hard to tell if they were agents representing us or the buyers. So disappointing and a much more stressful experience then the previous experiences we had selling previous homes. AVOID for selling your home. It was rough.
