He overcharged me for several thousand dollars of unapproved repairs, and he FLOODED my entire house. The Flood was caused by a plumbing fixture he installed incorrectly and has resulted in tens of thousands of dollars in damage. The flood is also preventing my wife, infant, and me from being in the house at Christmas. This would have been my son's first Christmas, and we now have to be away from home. Once Don Leitch admitted to flooding my house, he has not responded to any of my information requests, which have been by phone and via email. Don was very difficult to work with, performed poor quality work, and had inefficient and erratic communication skills. I strongly recommend not using him to perform any type of construction work at your house or any other property.

He had 7 people on my job site on any given day when we only needed two. There was a lot of busy work going on that was not productive. Our concrete floors are horribly cracked, walls aren't straight. He was difficult to communicate with, easily angered. Argued over changes even though he was paid time and materials. To me, his knowledge was not impressive but luckily, my husband and I are very handy and researched everything before he did anything but we had to stay on top of his crew all the time. I was charged for every mistake they made. Spent way too much, totally went over budget and way over his initial "quote" All in all, huge regrets, wold never recommend to anyone.
