More than a sale…read more.. For our 50th wedding anniversary, we ordered table linens & napkins from __________ for a Sunday party. On the Saturday before the BIG day. we arrived to pick them up around 12:30, only to find that the store closed for the weekend at noon. (Unfortunately, we either failed to read or remember? - or both, the store hours on both the invoice and front door). With no emergency contact listed and my wife in tears, we dashed home to check the internet. Despite the "fact" that most rental places close at noon on Saturday (unbelievable), my wife found Executive Events & Entertainment open in Painesville. While they were out of the quantities and colors my wife needed to match our floral arrangements, he suggested that we try Jaydee Cleaners on Mentor Ave. in Mentor, OH. A quick call to them and my wife was all smiles again. And although she had to settle for white linens instead of ivory, our anniversary party was "saved". What I derived from this experience is that even though Executive Events would have preferred to have been our first choice in rentals, they were not remiss to helping us resolve our "dilemma". This is how small businesses excel.

Rentech was the ONLY vendor that actually emailed back in a timely manner, answered all my questions, shipped a shiny new PA in pefect working order days before I needed it and the PA was easy to set up and worked like a dream.
