Ed impressed us upon the first meeting. During the consultation, he was quick, professional, and…read moregot straight to business. We had planned to convert a 1/2 bath & laundry room into a full bath. Instead, Ed suggested we keep the 1/2 bath because he knew the laundry room was enough space. We had 3 other contractors come and take a look, NO ONE ELSE MADE THAT SUGGESTION. He was also very reasonably priced. It was a no brainer to go with him. Ed & his team worked quickly and efficiently. They were great with communication and always cleaned up at the end of the day. Ed is very honest and will immediately tell you if an update is a waste of money. I really appreciated that! For example, I wanted to extend my living room. While it would have given me more space, Ed told me because of the neighborhood, my home value wouldn't increase that much. He took care of all inspections and permits. He made the process very stress free. I have a few other projects in mind and can't wait to work with Ed and his team again.

His value is easy to see throughout the whole process.

In November of 2023 I had some roof damage that damaged the ceiling in my family room. They came out and tore the room apart. They were paid by my insurance company. Sometime 8 month later they called back to say they had time to finish the job now. By then I had someone else to help me. So don't ever email, text or call to have these people. Mind you this is my personal opinion. Decide for yourself, or not. By the way it's now 2/2/25. And the room just finished getting fixed. It cost much more than it should have, and their appraisal was totally inadequate.
