The visits get briefer and briefer from week to week. The crew seems to be focused mainly on getting to the next job. The quality of their cleaning is quite superficial compared to other services I've experienced. If you are considering them for a quick once-over (for instance, you are selling your house and need to get it spruced up), they would probably be an OK choice. For regular weekly or bi-weekly cleaning, I would look elsewhere. You can almost certainly get a better job done for less.

I did cancel and hire someone else, but recently came back to them as my lady was unable to keep a constant schedule. The first clean coming back was over $300. Molly Maid never told me I had to redo an initial cleaning, I was a former customer and they knew the size of the house and the work that needed to be done. Thankfully I had a credit from being a customer before and having a bad experience so it wasn't as expensive but it was still well over $200. I reached out to corporate over this experience. I did speak to someone but the owner never called me. The second time they came out to clean, They didn't mop, clean/wipe the couch, clean the toilets (I had both toilets growing less than a week later) or empty the trash (which was one of my complaints the first time I used their service). I sent Chrystal the office manager pictures on everything and she only offered me a $25 credit on my next cleaning. Given the monthly price on the stuff that wasn't done, I would say this is worth more than $25. I will keep them for now since it's a constant schedule, but I don't know how long this will last and can't say I would recommend. Again called corporate and no call back. The office manager seems to think she doesn't have a supervisor but someone did hire her and she reports to someone.

We've been really pleased with the service to date (have had Molly maids coming for the past 6 months). We have 3 young boys (6.5, 4.5, 2) and as a result there is lots of stuff tracked inside and around. ,so we have molly maids come every two weeks. It's been fantastic! The cleaners (Liz, Beth, and sometimes Missy) have been thorough and most importantly prompt. We had a couple of hiccups at the beginning (which is understandable imo, we had requests for each bathroom and multiple rooms, so it could be confusing for the first cleaning what we were expecting). With that said, nothing was so severe that we needed to call them back out (but they were very willing to come back). We interviewed a couple of other cleaners and the price was the same, the reason we likeMolly Maids over other options is the fact that we are not committed to any service. This is nice because we will periodically change our cleaning rhythm or cancel a service if we are gone, and I do not feel the guilt I would if I was cancelling with a cleaner that is a solo operation. We've been very happy, the folks at molly maids have been great. I haven't experienced any of the other negatives in the other 3 reviews and felt as a family that has really appreciated their service I should provide our positive experience.
