The compassion, love and kindness Dr B showed us and our 19 year old cat WB was beyond comforting. We helped him cross the rainbow bridge, peacefully at home. . Thank you so much Dr B. Having Dr B come to our home for our cat who hated being in a car was priceless. This is an amazing service that she offers. After she left, we didn't have to drive home in the emotional state we were in. We whole heartedly recommend Helping Hands Pet Hospice.

Abby came to our home after we fed Bessie a last meal of McDonald's cheeseburger and puppy ice cream. Abby came in with such compassion, gentleness, and understanding. She was quick and efficient. Dr. Abby was easy to communicate with and agreed to help me say goodbye to my boy at our favorite place, Davis Islands dog park. She worked with me to choose a day/time where we would have privacy. On top of being professional, she was so kind and compassionate. I was incredibly upset when the day came and she took so much time and care to hear about my dog's story. I chose to have a private cremation and the turn around time was so fast. I was so happy to have my boy back so quickly. In addition to having his remains hand delivered, I also received so many sweet memorial items. The entire process was so well done and after she followed up with me to see how I was doing. As one of the last but most important decisions for my dog, I am so happy that I worked with Parting Paws.

They have cared for our retired guide dog, Martin, with a level of compassion and dedication that goes far beyond what we ever expected. When Martin began having mobility issues, they came to our home to provide red light therapy and other treatments that truly helped get him back on his feet. Throughout every stage of his care, Diane and her team listened to us, respected our wishes, and always made us feel like we were partners in every decision. We never felt pressured into doing anything we weren't comfortable with, and that meant the world to us. Most recently, Martin experienced a very serious medical emergency with a fever of 105 degrees. Diane and her team responded immediately, arriving at our home in what felt like the blink of an eye. They cared for Martin as if he were their own dog, showing the same love, urgency, and attention they would give a member of their own family. In one of the scariest moments we've experienced as pet owners, they gave us comfort, confidence, and exceptional care. One of the greatest gifts Pawsome Pet Care offers is bringing veterinary care into your home. Anyone who has had a sick or aging pet knows how stressful it can be to load them into the car, drive to a clinic, and then sit in a waiting room while they're frightened, uncomfortable, or in pain. Instead, Martin was able to remain in the comfort and familiarity of his own home, surrounded by the people who love him. That alone made an incredible difference in his care and his comfort. They have cared for both of our dogs as though they were part of their own family. The truth is, after everything they've done for us, Diane and her team have become part of ours. Their kindness, professionalism, knowledge, and genuine love for animals shine through in every interaction. If you're looking for compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly exceptional veterinary care, I cannot recommend Pawsome Pet Care highly enough. Don't hesitate to call Diane and her team. Your pets will be treated with love, dignity, and the highest level of care, and you'll quickly understand why they mean so much to our family.

The pet accommodations are comfy and give them plenty of space. I appreciate that I can be that person and look at my dog on a webcam and see how he's doing. They staff are kind to the animals and responsive to requests; once our dog was in a "penthouse" which comes equipped with a human bed, but he is under the impression that Good Boys do not go on human beds, so when I saw him on the floor they sweetly brought him a dog bed, too. Our cats are happier after boarding than they were in the past after being left home alone during travels. They also have daycare services on weekdays, which is handy for long work days or just for socialization. I appreciate that they do a temperament test to make sure your pet will have fun and be safe with others. We have never needed to use most of the grooming services, but when our dog's had a bath there they seemed to do a good job. They also have a decent selection of good quality pet food, toys, etc. We'll continue to be loyal customers.
