One of the hardest things we have ever done is to decide it was time to put our Lab of 12 years to rest. He had a very large aggressive tumor in his lungs and was to a point where his breathing was just too labored. He was our only dog that our family has had. My husband called Heavenly Paws and Dr. Kara came to the house. She was informative, patient, compassionate and considerate. She was wonderful. The process was very peaceful and she let us take any time needed to grieve and say goodbyes. I will forever thank her for helping us through this and giving us all, including Toby, peace and comfort knowing he is in a better place. Thank you...

I am very grateful we chose Heavenly Paws. The staff and vet were very empathetic, compassionate, and very understanding. Our Roxie was diagnosed with aggressive cancer, and we made her last week on earth as comfortable as possible. She was able to have her last moments outside in the fresh air, and it was very peaceful. The vet. allowed us time to mourn without feeling rushed. If you ever find yourself having to make this extremely difficult decision, I would 100% recommend them.

I was devastated when I got the shocking news last week that my amazing dog Shadow had terminal cancer and had just a week or so to live. With only days to make the incredibly gut-wrenching decision on how to handle his passing, my vet referred me to Heavenly Paws. Having Dr. Kiva come to my home where Shadow could peacefully cross the Rainbow Bridge was the best decision I've ever made. She was compassionate, understanding and patient with me as I tried to bargain in an effort to put off the inevitable. Sitting with Shadow as his life ended was easily one of the most painful experiences of my life. But Dr. Kiva made it as comforting as it could possibly be. There are not words to describe the profound appreciation I have for her. I could not recommend her and Heavenly Paws strongly enough. I still can't believe my boy is gone and can barely function, but I wanted to write this review in the event people are facing the horrific decision of ending their pet's life. Heavenly Paws is worth every penny.

Losing our Sasha was very difficult; but we are so grateful we discovered Heavenly Paws House Calls. Both Dr. Kara and Dr. Kiva were very compassionate and understanding. I spoke with Dr. Kara on the phone and she explained everything to me in a caring, personal manner. Dr. Kiva came out to our home and could not have been any nicer. It was very personal and no trauma of putting her in a carrier and taking her to a Vet's office. We were able to go outside in our courtyard so Sasha could enjoy the sun and take a nap and cross over the rainbow. After, Dr. Kiva placed her in a wicker basket and tucked her in with a blanket and we were able to carry Sasha into the house so our other cats could see her and grieve in their own way. So happy Sasha had a peaceful memorial in the sunshine. We highly recommend Heavenly Paws House Calls. Joe and Shelley DelRocco

I cannot thank Dr. Kara enough for her kindness and patience as we had to say goodbye to our sweet Tinkerbell. She talked us through the process and answered all our questions. She was so gentle with our sweet girl and I am so grateful that Tinkerbell was able to pass away peacefully at home. After 21 years with our precious cat, this was the hardest decision we ever had to make but Dr. Kara helped ease our pain of losing her by making sure Tinkerbell was comfortable. I am sorry for anyone who needs this type of service but if you do, I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you for all you guys do.

Dr. Abby was easy to communicate with and agreed to help me say goodbye to my boy at our favorite place, Davis Islands dog park. She worked with me to choose a day/time where we would have privacy. On top of being professional, she was so kind and compassionate. I was incredibly upset when the day came and she took so much time and care to hear about my dog's story. I chose to have a private cremation and the turn around time was so fast. I was so happy to have my boy back so quickly. In addition to having his remains hand delivered, I also received so many sweet memorial items. The entire process was so well done and after she followed up with me to see how I was doing. As one of the last but most important decisions for my dog, I am so happy that I worked with Parting Paws.

Susan was incredibly helpful with answering any emails I sent and was very responsive. This was my first time fostering and it was on a Saturday morning that I saw some puppies needed a foster, so I did not have any pet supplies at home on hand the same day. They provided me with everything I needed and even toys and food for the puppies. I purchased some more toys and pee pads to donate back to the shelter one I returned the pups. After two weeks they were much bigger and ready to be adopted! I returned them back to Susan at the shelter and I was so happy I did it and plan to foster again. They are a fantastic organization and I highly recommend going to the Orlando Pet Alliance if you are looking to adopt a dog or cat. They are a great organization if you are looking to become a foster as well. Adopt, don't shop!

Well let me start with this. I called to make an appt. Anna the virtual assistant ran me around…read morethru prompts, but it's AI what can you expect. I needed to get Willow spayed but needed to know the procedure and cost and from the website described it's an exam first before any work is done. No pricing or questions answered online only the bounce back and forth. I made a blind appointment (online only) and went to the Sanford location. They told me the exam was 35.00 BUT WAIT AN ADDITIONAL 150.FOR BLOOD WORK IS NEEDED. This only took 10 minutes in and out, great when I went to checkout, the girl asked for 235.00! I clearly heard 185.00. Then she said your dog is over 5 years old (I TOLD HER THAT SHE WAS BEFORE WE AGREED ON THE VISIT never mentioningthe +50.00) and the blood work would be an additional 50.00. You can see clearly see the road we are going down. I said "no I'm paying 185.00 like you originally told me!". She apologized and asked for the higher balance which I wouldn't have minded if she just gave me the proper quote in the beginning. I refused and asked for the manager. She went to the back and came forward and told me the manager was busy! I just knew we're going to have an issue here. I asked for someone to talk to. Meantime I was very calm and polite but adamantly courteous. Finely after her returning a second time she said she could remove the additional balance. I told her thank you and proceeded to pay. She noted the balance was now 265.00. Like Whaaa... She said I'd have to pay half the procedure before we can book the operation. She said maybe next week after the blood work is reviewed in 2 days. So I'm paying 185.00 and not knowing what the blood work is, and I need that info before we can even do the procedure? Yes! she might be to old she said. OMG!! I told her "I'll pay what I owe you, and call me in 3 days with the results. She agreed. TWO WEEKS LATER. After numerous calls for my results and no emails or call backs. Calling Anna the AI took all my information again and again I even tried to spoof the AI telling her I have a large monetary donation for Pet Alliance but three days later....NO CALLS! So I took a morning off and went up there to speak to the head of the clinic (not mentioning any names) and I got a circling of the wagon by the Indians. HER explanation was "The doctor was out for A WEEK, he couldn't do any operations". So no results, no paperwork, no money back and I'm out the door. Thank God I never paid for the operation and used a CC. MORAL OF THIS STORY....Get you quote in advance. Ask all the right questions and don't assume. If you have an issue after surgery or an ailment for your Furry friend could you get ahold of someone there for help maybe an emergency number? Any questions about add on pricing? NO while I was waiting to be seen, a man walked in with a HUGE bag of dog food . He came back out yelling "I can't even get a receipt for my donation" and walked out with the bag!. Upper management listen. If your to big for your pants remember one moldy grape keeps people from buying the vine. I'm just a small nobody and who cares. I could have taken my pup to LA. Underhill animal clinic where all 3 of my Dutch Shepards have gone, but (I thought) would have liked the funds go to a good cause in our community! Maybe not? That's my story and I wish you well!
