I can't really compare them to something like Pandora because I'm just beginning to look at getting a charm bracelet at some point. This weekend we were looking at their diamonds. Diamond rings and loose diamonds. The lady we spoke with (Gloria) was VERY helpful and actually educated us on diamonds. She took the time to show us the differences in the diamond quality and allowed us to look into the diamonds to understand what causes internal discolorations. So far, I have always left very impressed and will consider buy from them every time I'm looking for a new piece.
