I've been taking my air tools to this place for a couple of years now, but honestly, I don't understand what's been going on lately. I would bring 4-6 nail guns at once, and it seems like they don't even check them properly. One time, I picked them up and only one was fixed, but I was charged for all of them. I get to my job site excited to use the tools, and they don't work. I've noticed this change happening over the last seven months or so. This has happened two times in a row now, and the last time I spoke to the guy in charge, he told me it's normal for the tools not to work after sitting there for a month after repair. Honestly, that just sounded like an excuse to me. Because of this, I'm going to look for a different place from now on. Just so you know, my review is only about their repair department. They do have a really good inventory if you're looking to buy something. read more

Owners are rude- don't like when you ask questions about rentals or tools. First time inquiring won't be back rather go to sunbelt. Sad to see a small business handle business this way. read more

The best place for tools and equipment is this little shop in Hemet, while the other places are high priced, here you still get quality tools and equipment that are half the price of what you'd get at the other stores and you don't need to spend more than you bargain for. I left my M18 Fuel Hacksaw at this location about a month ago and been meaning to pick it up but don't travel up to hemet often. When I finally arrived to pick it up the manufacturer didn't have the part to fix my tool(purchased less than a year ago). So the reps at hemet valley tool and supply worked there magic and got me a new Hacksaw! Man! I was not expecting that. I am beyond impressed and grateful! Right before I left I noticed they had a Tamper attachment for a Jack hammer that I had been contemplating on buying. I hadn't purchased yet because I didn't want to buy the attachment and it not fix my Jack hammer. So the rep checked, it was a perfect fit, and I purchased the tamper attachment. Awesome equipment selection, fair pricing and friendly service.

Staff here was friendly and answered all of my questions. The store has tons of tools available and a large yard of bigger equipment. They offered the fair and expected MSRP, which is unfortunately something I didn't get speaking to another Honda equipment dealer in Temecula for the same generator (they wanted $100 more). I needed an 18 in trencher last minute and the local Home Depot and Lowes did not have a rental department so I needed to find a rental quick and last minute. I called Hemet valley tool and supply and they had exactly what I needed and more. The owner and staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The owner even threw in a free trailer for convenience cuz I have a lift on my truck which was very helpful! I would recommend this place to anyone in the area for tool or equipment rental. Rented a tractor with scraper and bucket loader. They were best priced in town and delivered for reasonable fee vs. the big chain down the street. Delivery and pickup was prompt and done within hours of reservation and within the hour after job completion. Equipment was well maintained, clean and low hours. Made the work I had to do effortless. I was surprised to find such a well stocked tool store in such a small community. The only store I've ever been to that beat this is Fasteners in Sacramento. The owner is knowledgeable and helpful.
