Hemet RV SUPERCENTER: installed a door awning, replaced a large slider roller with awning and replaced an original refrigerator with a 2020 dometic refrigerator. Three months later the door awning began separating from the frame, the large sliding roller and accessories broke at the flange 6 months after installation and the light in the dometic refrigerator went out and never went on. I contacted Hemet RV and was told they're selling the company but would try to help. A mobile mechanic came by and tested the refrigerator and told us we have internal electrical problem with the unit, he never came back. All the work they did was guaranteed under the specific issues but they stopped taking calls from us. The mechanics and office staff was very cordial at first and willing to rectify my issues but as time went by and my calls were hung up, I realized that they were keeping me busy with promises to eventually let me know, "Sorry we can't help you anymore". I had to replace the new sliding roller and awning, while the other issues remain outstanding. We lost a lot of labor costs dollars to this company. read more

Hemet RV Supercenter Please read this review since we had a LOT of stuff done and it really matters how we were treated. It's long but gives you a picture of what happens when you have a load of crap to dump in their laps. We bought our TT used in May. Our AC broke in June and I called up Hemet RV. They had a Furrion unit on sale and we made a deal to have them come on site to install. Then they said they had a cancellation and could send the guys out late afternoon, same day. The guys were pros, fast, friendly. done deal! Highly recommend. 2 months later, we are about to hit the road for our F/T adventure so my hubby booked an appt. at Richardson's RV on a Friday morning. We went in on time but we were treated as if we were taking their valuable time even though we had an appt. They are excessively overpriced, and they could not guarantee a basic PDI inspection to be complete in 6 days. I was not comfortable with their superior attitude, like they were doing me a favor even when they made no guarantees we could get all the work done on time. It did not feel like we would get the help we really needed (we are newbies) so I took over coordinating this and from their parking lot, called up Hemet RV and the friendly guys there delivered on customer service once again. They made me an appt. for that Tuesday and turn around was 2 days. The price was almost half of Richardson's! We told them we had other stuff to look at and they said they would talk about it with us when we brought it in. We gave them a laundry list including the black tank hanging low and possibly damaged. The guys took the list, asked for an extra day to work on it and said they would do what it took to get it done on time. They were very busy with the phone constantly ringing, but they honored the time I had booked with them and spent plenty of time answering our questions. I went to pick up the rig and they went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND to fix up our Walter (our Jayco 30' TT) and were so personable. They even threw in a nice set of levelers we needed at no additional cost. I cannot say enough about this place. They guys know their stuff, we went through and checked everything with them and they did excellent work. And when they did not have a part we needed, they did a free upgrade to a better set up speakers and did not charge us any more. You cannot get better service than this team. They knew we had time constraints, which was our fault, not theirs, and they still bent over backward to help us. read more

I have a RV trailer and I don't know Jack about trailers and these people treated me rite about my knowledge and like family at this place , I'm not a RV know it all but this place help me well. They were very friendly. The mobile tech Larry was great. His partner didn't seem to know what he was doing. I had to help them for the sake of safety. The awning they ordered was the wrong one. So now i do not have the LED lighting and have to figure out how to get that back on. When I called to discuss a change in pricing, they argued with me and told me I didn't tell them it had a light, when they literally asked me that in the first place. Service staff is rude. Techs are great. Take what you want from this. read more

This place and the owners are a joke. I have never done business with a company who is non responsive. Call after call and no return. Multiple emails and visits and they never replied. Needed my bedroom slide repaired. Told them exactly what part to order. Gave them Equalizer part number. Came out to repair the motor was the wrong one. Took that one back brought another one it was wrong also but installed anyway. It failed after using twice. We were now in Arizona. The service manager wouldn't do anything but have their tech call me and walk me through the repair. I said no. We contacted a mobile RV repair and he had to remake the motor so the gears aligned. I couldn't have done that with over the phone guidance. They did repair my hydraulic slide though. I will give them credit for that. read more

I needed an estimate to repair damages relating to an attempted theft. They were actually willing to give me an estimate providing I paid them 300 dollars to do the estimate. This was for a fully covered insurance claim. This was so out of line I never returned. I ended up calling an RV service center in Beaumont who put me in touch with a mobile mechanic that came to my location and repaired my steering column on the spot. read more

I showed up with my first ever, used travel trailer. I knew I had some needs but having never owned one I was not sure what I needed. I came in to Hemet every superstore and within minutes I had a whole crew of employees assisting me, they went above and beyond, they made sure I had all the proper parts and they even installed it all in no time. I can't recommend them enough! I will be back time and time again, what a blessing to find a place that you can trust and feel like family! read more

Great customer service. They came out on a Sunday to check our leaking water heater after we could not get the original service company to come back out. They gave us excellent recommendations on how to handle. Even though the didn't replace the water heater I'm giving them a 5 star based on them coming out quickly and being very fair in the service call fee for a a Sunday morning. We've visited this location a couple times and always very friendly. Recently we had a mishap with our 5th wheel and the roof vs a tree branch. Unfortunately the whole roof needed to be replaced on our 2018 North Point. A friend told us that Hemet RV did a friends roof and they were pleased so we called Hemet RV. Mario is so pleasant and communicates with you all the way through and works great with your insurance carrier! From start to finish the staff (inside the office and the workers) were courteous and professional and we were very pleased with their work. OMG We are so happy to make Hemet CA one of our stops while traveling! Hemet Supercenter has done upgrades or repairs just about every visit to Socal! This year we had our big tv die. We needed a new tv mount to the side wall above the buffet. Without delay, they set up an on-site appointment. DILLON responded and quickly set up the new, updated tv mount to accommodate our new tv. Absolutely terrible customer service. They have been playing games with me on a very large job for several weeks. Have left numerous messages in their "general mailbox" without any return calls. Was told today that my Extended Service Warranty was going to call me next week. I decided to call my Extended Warranty company because I have been waiting to get these repairs completed.! Low and behold, the Extended Warranty company had NO RECORD of any calls or service tickets!! I talked to Michael about this today...he said that he made several calls to my Extended Warranty Company. I said that I wanted to do a three way call with him and the Extended Warranty company to get this all cleared up. His response? I am busy trying to close up the store!?! Oh well...I tried! I was looking for a window for my travel trailer. I answered an OfferUp ad where two employees referred me to this store where they worked. They told me to ask for Mario the manager once I arrived. Upon arriving the receptionist referred me to Mario. I stated I drove from Temecula, 40 minutes away, and I wanted to see the windows they were advertising. He stated he didn't have anyone to help me. I asked if he could assist me and he wanted me to leave my number and information so he could get back to me. I reminded him I had driven 40min and didn't want to return. He was on the computer and did not help me even after asking for his assistance. I will never return to this place. Just a total waste of time from the person on the phone making the appointment to the lack of communication from management to Mobil mechanic. Scheduled this job twice both times specifying that it was a broken leaf spring that I needed help with. First appointment was canceled due to a family emergency and TGE second appointment was a total waste of time due to the mechanic showed up under the impression I had a slide issue on my trailer so he had. No tools to fix TGE leaf spring and was 2 hours late so ran out of daylight. Will not use this place ever again. Talked with management and instead of apologizing for there mistake he made excuses for everything. Poorly ran business. read more

We had our trailers generator installed. A new Generac generator and did not put the fuel line on the generator appropriately so the generator backfired, caught fire, and caught the trailer on fire. I called up Hemet RV to fix the issue but they kept pushing back my appointment. The workmanship is terrible. read more

Called to have them come check our furnace and Alyssa was able to get her repair team up here in 45 minutes. Javier and other guy were wonderful. They took the time to check everything, cleaned and established heat. We are now sitting in a foot of snow with a very warm house. Would recommend everyone to use them. read more

Nothing worked in our coach when we got to stagecoach. Called Hemet RV for mobile repair and they came right out and immediately fixed the problem. Had another problem with our rear AC and called back on Sunday, the gentlemen who answered the phone immediately told me how to reset the thermostat over the telephone! Excellent customer service! The day before our camping trip we go to RV storage facility and our battery had been stolen and all the wiring torn out. Mike and Louis came out from Hemet to Palm Springs at 9p and worked until 11p, repairing all the damage, re-wiring the RV and replacing and securing the battery. Mike and Louis are kind, professional, and incredibly adept at their skill. I highly recommend them for all your RV maintenance and repairs. read more

I wouldn't even give these guys a one if I could rate at zero. They came to diagnose my RV on Dec 9th. It is now February 12th and I still have no answers to my problem. After a $332 diagnostic they were supposed to coordinate with my warranty company to complete the repairs. Every time I call for the status the say they will call me right back, but they never do. Sometimes I call and it says the mailbox is full and you can't even leave a message. Not that they would call you back even if you did. I am at the point now were I realize I have been ripped off. I next plan to lodge a complaint with the better business bureau. Please do yourself a favor and don't get involved with these people. They will take your money and give you nothing in return but a huge runaround. read more

Yesterday their service techs came to our home to reseal the roof on our Class-A and we could not be happier with the results! Two coats of sealant, everything re-caulked and the roof looks brand new. More importantly, we had a major rain the next day and there is not a single leak anywhere! We were camping in Anza Borrego State Park and winds came - 70 mph. I thought our AC or Antenna blew off, but it was worse. Our 20 year old Winnebago Roof peeled up on the driver's side - the whole 27 feet. We're in the middle of nowhere and really can't drive. Made a few calls (insurance being one of them) and the guys at RV Supercenter talked with us a few times and we set up for a "rescue mission" two days later - hey, we still had two days left on our site reservation and we decided to stay :) Well, they came out, we drove to their shop, they provided 110v outlet and water and we stayed in their parking lot for a few days awaiting the insurance adjuster. They worked with Geico and got the price agreed upon and they started the next day. The roof looks great and we drove our Rig home. For a 20 year old RV, we felt very lucky and these guys were great. read more

We called to ask if they could convert our Onan 550 generator to propane. They assured us they could. We took the generator to them in the fall of 2018. Month after month we would check on the generator and were told that they were waiting for parts. I gave up in March of 2019 and picked it up. I did not recognize it. It had paint overspray all over it, they had lost the exhaust gasket, pipe, and manifold, and the remote start switch and wiring harness! They denied I had left those parts with them and would not take responsibility for replacing them. They are not only incompetent but dishonest. I should have followed my first impression of this clown outfit and never done business with them. read more
