Took my chainsaw for repair went to go pick it up. They said they fixed it, but was still having…read moreissues with it. Then they said the carburetor was bad. It took nine months to get the carburetor in. They told me they would replace the carburetor all I would have to do is pay for the carburetor and then we install it for free since they already charged me for the previous service. I said OK I went to go pick it up. They said they didn't fix it because it was a cost-effective . It was gonna be more than the chainsaw was worth, but the carburetor was only $70 so they didn't wanna spend their time replacing the carburetor because they were gonna get paid for it after they said they were gonna do it. They didn't anticipate it was gonna be a lot more work than expected so they basically said we're not gonna do it unless you want to pay the $235 for service. I will never do business with them again. The service lady was rude and disrespectful. Basically said to bad we don't alwyget what we want. Instead of working me she brushed me off.. worst service I ever experienced. She also said we have had issues with our technicians and had to have them replace. I wonder how many people got ripped off.
