Their owner Jenn was so inviting as I walked in could sense the warm , positive energy. I found a few items that they are holding for me until can have more time to shop since on a lunch break. Loved the selection of collegiate Texas and LA fun items.Fun gifts for all occasions such as wedding showers and for all around fun gifts . They even support the military and teachers with 15% off .Yayyy for all the positiveness.Decent prices for this area. We're in town from Rockwall, Texas the smallest and wealthiest county in the state, about 20 minutes from Dallas, fortunately we don't need to steal outdated trinkets. The store manager refused the return and said it's not the store's job to manage defects. After leaving the store, I called the Rack customer service number, who absolutely said the store should've taken the return and given me a refund. Do not go to this Rack...it's messy and disorganized, anyway. The other locations in town are way better.
