I stopped by the store the next day with my receipt and the sneakers, explaining that I called the day before and was told to bring the shoes in. The store manager refused the return and said it's not the store's job to manage defects. After leaving the store, I called the Rack customer service number, who absolutely said the store should've taken the return and given me a refund. Do not go to this Rack...it's messy and disorganized, anyway. The other locations in town are way better.

I arrived just as the store opened. It was my worse experience at Dillards. I had my receipt with me as proof of purchase. I was immediately notified that if I purchased them two weeks ago they were additionally marked down to 65% and if they did not have the color I wanted they would not give me a price adjustment and if I returned them I could not repurchase them again. I was so disappointed in the way I was treated that I wished I had asked for the jerks name. He was standing at the register helping a woman who seemed to be new because she did not know anything about their policy. I will not step foot in that store ever again. We probably should have saved time and just started at Macy's. The team was extremely helpful, routing us to the right places and sizes, making recommendations, helping me find sale items, etc. Hoda was particularly helpful, helping my wife find appropriate sizes when the ones she picked didn't work (women's sizes are crazy, a number should be the same across all items) and getting us checked out in a timely manner. We came for one item and, thanks to a couple of sales, left with three. I probably won't have much use for the women's dress section again, but I'll be coming back to Macy's specifically because of the service we received.

However, when I got home and removed the tags, I decided to look underneath the clearance stickers. To my surprise, the original manufacturer's price tag showed the sweatshirt was actually priced at $60.00, not the $64.00 regular price reflected on the receipt and sale tags. As a customer, I found this very concerning. It's not about the $4 difference. It's about transparency and honesty. Seeing a higher "regular price" advertised than what appears to have originally been on the item's tag raises questions about how discounts are being presented to customers. I understand prices can change over time, and retailers may have different pricing structures. Because these guys are on commission they won't exchange anything in store, they'll box up your purchase and send it back to corporate for processing, so far, 10 days and nothing. They did order me a jacket, and had it sent because the one in store was damaged. Received the shipment, and it look like it was wadded up in a ball and stuffed in a plastic bag, then crammed in a box that was too small for it. Paying $200 for a blazer isn't a huge amount of money in the grand scheme of things, but it's $200 and I don't expect what I ordered to be treated like trash. I emailed customer service, I got a short very curt reply giving me another email address. I message them on Instagram and I got the same short non-response. Once I'm done with this circle of returns and exchanges and get my refund, I'm done with this company forever. The product is decent enough but the customer service experience is terrible. I'm not complaining without having tried to contact them directly to work this out, but days go by without responses then when you get them they aren't answers.

I wasn't paying attention cause I was trying to look up the receipt from the app. Then he told me everything was done and the refunds will show up in my app later, maybe 2-3 days. So I left, but the next day I received an email and showing refund for only 2 items! He missed scanning one of my item! I tried to contact the corporate but they said they didn't receive it. I told them to check the security camera footage, they will definitely see what I returned.But they don't want to do so and keep telling me it wasn't received. So here I want to leave a bad review on this store because the staff who took my returns didn't do his job properly. I'm also mad at the corporate because they don't do any further investigation to help the customer. I seriously don't think I will ever go back and shop Zara anymore! Go H&M or Uniqlo. They have wha much better service for sure!
