They never even called me back to tell me what the medication was or anything. I had to call my PCP to get them to help me. I called weeks after I finished my medication, stating that I was still in pain and needed help, the receptionist sent the doctor the wrong message. She calls me back hours later to tell me what he said. I told her that she sent the wrong message, she goes "Oh! Let me call him back. Then I'll call you back!" That was DAYS ago!!! I still haven't heard anything from him or his office staff. But I see that I have a prescription sitting at my pharmacy for something that's not even wrong with me. These people are CLOWNS!!! At this point I'm self diagnosing and taking care of myself! He needs to be the one reaching out to his patients, or AT LEAST the clinical staff. I experienced several instances of unprofessional & errors from the Roswell location…read more On day of my procedure I received shocking pre-pay demand & unprofessional behavior: ----upon check-in receptionist (Brittany) didn't have correct paperwork of procedures I was scheduled for & demanded pre-pay 33% of $3139, with refusion to answering any questions of bill, nor would provide written policy of this 33% requirement (subsequently Cigna Health Insurance informed this was NOT the rate contracted with this provider) --Brittany refused to answer every questions, continued to demand $1,031 & ultimately left room with yelling & swearing at me & my husband she refused to check-us in --nurse arrived & I declined moving forward with any procedures Prior to day of my procedure this practice in Roswell committed several errors: -- incomplete information provided on healthcare requirements needed for an endoscopy --notifying me less than 12 hours before scheduled procedure my insurance denied coverage for endoscopy --never informed me of any payment requirements up to day or procedure I can't speak to quality of doctors at the Roswell location as I never met one, even at the initial consult - was completed by PA, which at the time was a big RED FLAG. He even followed up with me the next day after a simple colonoscopy. He is thorough and has a very gentle, caring demeanor. If you are looking for an amazing doctor for your first or subsequent colonoscopy, he's your guy.
