One of those people you are immediately at ease with. She always makes me feel like I'm in good hands! She's not just there to write a script and send you on your merry way...she actually listens to you and even picks up on things you don't think to mention. Front desk staff and nurses are also very sweet and welcoming! Even the phlebotomist is wonderful, I have to get blood taken frequently and have difficult veins to find so I have some horror stories...but she always finds my veins on the first stick. The wait times are excellent, I arrived early for a morning physical and they took me almost right away, about 15 minutes before my appointment, then I was in and out in an hour (which I appreciated as I had to get to work). I've tried several doctor's offices in Alpharetta and am relieved that I've finally found one I both like and trust. Can't say enough good things. Highly recommended!

Urgent care cannot diagnose things beyond flu, covid, and other basic illnesses. They told me they couldn't do anything for me and to just go to the ER. They charge $30 upfront. After the appt, they sent another bill for $156. My low rating is to due to being charged $200 for a useless appt. Like most of US healthcare, they are a business.

I was feeling apprehensive as the tech seemed not to take great care in locating the vein in my arm for the contrast. Thank God they gave me a wire with a button that I could push to alert them if something was wrong. I have had MRI's with contrast before and never had any reaction. Soon after the tech inserted the IV, my arm grew heavy and extremely painful, and felt like it was on fire. I pushed the button and was literally crying as the pain became so bad so quickly. I later found out that what happened to me was called IV infiltration, where they mistakenly miss the vein and the fluid leaks into the surrounding tissue, rather than the bloodstream. Thank God they came back into the room and removed the IV, as the contrast agent is caustic and can cause necrosis (tissue death) and some very serious ill effects. I was lucky, but have never felt such medical incompetence in my life. Do yourself a favor, if you value your health and your life, avoid this place at all costs. This place should be shut down.

She has more frustration with administration. She shakes my hand and more formally introduces herself as a sort of reset. No problem. So then she starts asking the EXACT SAME QUESTIONS I already painstakingly answered on the tablet! "Then why did I take all that time answering all these questions on the tablet in the waiting room?" Excuses for systems that won't talk to each other. BUT WAIT -- THERE'S MORE! If you act before midnight tonight, you get a FREE BONUS PRIZE of one pissed-off Urologist who tries to run through questions about my Old Fella like I'm a roll-your-eyes annoyance and the bane of his existence!
