There were only four people in line, yet there was just one staff member working the counter while the other employee was occupied with other activities that didn't seem important. Even though I was next in line, it took approximately 15 minutes before I was finally helped. To make matters worse, when the phone rang, Cristian answered it and proceeded to spend another five minutes chatting with the customer while I was standing at the counter, ready to pay. The entire experience was unnecessarily slow and reflected a mediocre attitude toward customer service. For a location that was barely busy, the wait time and lack of attention to customers were unacceptable. To make matters worse, about five minutes after purchasing a 1-gram all-in-one STIIIZY vapor pen, I discovered what appeared to be a product and packaging mismatch. The original packaging is designed to contain the all-in-one vapor pen, yet the box contained a detachable pod and charger instead. Red flag #1. The product was also missing the rubber cap covering the mouth area that typically comes with STIIIZY and other competing vapor pens/pods and serves as an indicator that the device has not been opened or tampered with. Red flag #2. The top of the STIIZY box was held together with a custom ZZ FLux sticker indicating that it was open prior. Normally the box is so hard to open and your must slit the top sides of the box and slide it up by pushing your finger on the backside in a predesignated area move the to box outwards from itself. Not the case here. Red flag # 3. I immediately returned and brought this to Cristian's attention, but his response was dismissive. This isn't simply a customer-service issue. **Consumable products must be handled, stored, packaged, and sold in compliance with applicable FDA food-safety and retail-handling standards, as well as California cannabis regulations.** Selling a consumable product that appears to have been opened, repackaged, or tampered with before purchase raises serious safety, sanitation, and regulatory concerns. Cristian didn't think so y at leadt offering to exchange the STIIZY for another one. To put it simply: **you wouldn't accept a supermarket telling you that an opened package of food is your problem after you discovered it had been tampered with right after purchasing it. The same basic principle should apply here.** I hope people stay away from ZZ Flux for their own safety. If products are being sold in packaging that appears opened, altered, or repackaged, consumers have every right to question whether what they purchased was tampered with or manipulated for profit. **When it comes to consumable products, safety should never be a gamble.** Receipt # 907KNJ

I used it for only one evening and immediately noticed a very unpleasant alcohol-like taste. It also had almost no effect on me compared with other cartridges I've used. The second night, I decided to give it another try--and the cartridge was already empty. For context, a 1g cartridge normally lasts me about a month, so there is absolutely no way I could have gone through the entire cartridge in one evening. I returned to the store because the employee who originally sold it to me specifically told me to come back if I had any issues and that they would exchange it. When I explained what happened, the employee helping me seemed to assume that I had simply used the entire cartridge. I tried to explain that this was not possible given my normal usage, but I could tell she didn't believe me. She did agree to exchange it, but I was told I could only exchange it for the exact same product. That makes absolutely no sense to me. If I'm returning a product because I believe there is something wrong with it and I'm unhappy with its quality, why would I want the exact same thing again? Since that was my only option, I took the same cartridge, hoping the first one had simply been defective. Unfortunately, the replacement was even worse. I took approximately 10-15 inhales and the entire 1g cartridge was gone. Once again, it had the same strange alcohol-like taste. This is now the third time I've purchased something from MedMen, and each time I've walked away feeling that the product was overpriced and poor quality. After this experience--and an exchange policy that forces a customer to replace a product they're unhappy with with the exact same product--I won't be shopping at this store again.
