I will say they don't have a huge selection of products compare to bigger shops, but they do carry all the essential items. I purchased a pre-workout (Stand size Adrenolyn Bulk for $35) and some creatine (6 Lbs Cell Tech for $30) for under $72, now that's a deal. Highly recommend this shop. Nutrition shops can vary wildly based on the personalities of their owners, but this guy is really chill and laid back. He doesn't try to up sell or pressure you. He will, however, answer your questions and give you recommendations. And he'll remember you. I came in with my grandma once and he asked after her the next time I came in. He will also stand by his products. If something is wrong with it, he is willing to make it right. A product I bought hadn't mixed fully and when I showed him, he was perfectly happy to switch it out with a different one. I have since moved to Washington, but I'll miss this place. I went out of my way when I lived in the area to give this shop my business, and you should too.

The selection feels carefully chosen, especially for people who read ingredient labels or need products that are difficult to find in regular supermarkets. The supplement area is large, so it can be slightly intimidating when you first see all the choices. Thankfully, the staff were friendly and actually willing to explain the differences between products. I appreciated that they did not make the interaction feel rushed or overly sales focused. After shopping, I had coffee with a hazelnut PROTABAR, which has become my favorite protein snack to pair with coffee. I had a relative with me who told her I consumed energy drinks often which was irrelevant as to why I was even there. I was getting the scan for more insight on an my unexplained chronic urinary problems that I've had for about a decade. Whether I drink energy drinks or not, my symptoms stay the same. I am well aware this is not the best health decision anyone can make but Serene looked at me as if my relative told her I was doing hard drugs or drinking alcohol daily. The reason why I consume energy drinks often is because I suffer from nocturnia due to my ongoing urinary problems & I have a very demanding life being a single mom with endless responsibilities. I feel it is very easy for someone who doesn't have to deal with a certain problem on a daily basis to judge someone else who does. She then started to blame literally anything & everything on my results on the energy drinks including my nocturnia that is 100% caused by my urinary problems NOT anything of my lifestyle decisions. This isn't accurate, there are many factors that contribute to one's health. Mind you, she didn't even know what my health problem was at the beginning of our meeting but by the end she was acting as if she had all the answers & was one to speak on my issue but she was wrong about everything. It is important not to give misinformation in a setting regarding someone's health but she felt she knew everything.
