Ehhh.... I mean it's a cool shop. It's California though, so there's tons of them. This was my first time there today and I will say the attendant at the front and the younger male tender with glasses were pretty cool. I liked them. The other tender was a lady, and she was knowledgeable, just seem like she didn't care about me. More so concentrates based, not many options for buds. This was my first time here, so I really didn't understand the store or how it worked. No one really explained it to me... so I just kinda walked around to see what they had. They have TV's very high up in the front when you first walk in that will show you the menu to you though. I didn't notice this toward the end of my visit. Anyway, we came in 3 and my friend purchased a cartridge. Upon me standing in line to order the same one we were approached by a male from the back and asked us "Are you buying anything or no?" ... to which my friend respond "I just bought something." And me, "yeah." Then he says to my friends "Okay, we'll can you go outside?" And looks at me and says "Okay, and can you get in line?", which honestly was no more than 2 feet away from where I was standing. Overall, maybe I caught them at a bad time or something. I apologized to them at checkout and they tried to save it by talking about the state Marshalls and not trying to get shut down.... But I feel like he could have told us that then. I just felt like he was rude for being that way to us. Okay shop, but there's so many places to go where people don't make you feel like that. read more

Great place but it would be nice if they didn't put people that don't know what anything is behind the counter. Several times my husband and I have gone in asking for something specific and the same girl every time just lays out all the ones they have within the group they think the strain is in sativa/indica/hybrid.. you ask her questions and she doesn't know what we're talking about. Then her nails are so long she can't ever pick anything up. You'll be there for a cool minute just waiting for her to get it... Wish they'd stop getting rid of the good bud tenders. Other than that the place is awesome. They have pretty good deals all the time, pretty friendly clean, and they stock great products. read more

This is a nice place and it's kept scrupulously clean. The people who work here are respectful. Prices seem better than most and there supplies in the store are good. Our medical industry for seniors is so far below standard that we needed an alternative source for pain relief, stress and anxiety for our 84 year old mom who's brand new P A took her off all pain medication because she didn't want to write it. Truly a horrible situation but this alternative works well and I am truly grateful to these people for they're help. It's a shameful thing on how seniors are treated today. This works much better than a narcotic and is helping her through a difficult and painful old age. She eats better with it too. read more

Worst experience ever at this store. The security wanted to snatch my ID when I showed her it and had an attitude. I was surprised I had to show her my ID let alone take it out the wallet because the men never card me! I'm asking the guy at the desk whats her problem and he has an attitude and starts cursing me out. Then he had the nerves to act as if he wasn't going to let me in. After I go in, I talked to the manager about their actions and he said he would talk to them but at this point I didn't even want anything anymore. They just lost a customer and earned a review. I refused to spend my money where I'm not treated as if I'm human and I definitely didnt buy anything from them.This place is located in a sketchy area through an alley way and isnt the cleanest. Recently moved to the area and found Shatter on WeedMaps. I went there hoping to find my new "regular" dispensary. It was overall what I would have to call an "interesting" visit. I was not very impressed by the selection... A previous review mentions this and the owners reply makes me wonder if maybe just the way that the products are displayed is the problem. I did buy some shatter once I made up my mind. As far as what I am familiar with shatter being like this was not. The transparency, color and consistency were all off while the quality when dabbing was still ok. What did make this spot stand out to me was that they have a smoking lounge! Buy whatever you like and there's the smoking lounge to kick it in with Dr. Dabber rigs and everything. Too cool! read more

Shatter is a great place to shop especially if you looking for a place with low tax. Great inventory but my main problem when coming to this dispensary is the bud tenders. I've came several times looking for unique concentrates or prerolls and asked if I could see some Preroll's from low to high pricing along with brands. Instead just get asked what's my budget and end up getting a single item when I see a whole bunch of different kind of Preroll's to choose from. I want options, I'm a visual person I like to see what I'm buying. Not your bud tender wants to pick for me. read more

I came down today and the computers were down, no big deal the security informed me of the situation. He was cool. I called back later in the night and the girl greeted me on the phone nicely, and then when i told here why i was calling (shortly mind you, less than 15 seconds) She was laughing with a coworker than came back and said "what did you say?" I felt that was rude so you get 4 stars. Please educate your staff on customer service when engaging with clients. By all means enjoy your job but please give the clients more of your time than your coworkers during business hours. read more
