They did a great job on her nails. I know this sounds simple, but her nails grow so fast that a slight trim leaves her with painfully long nails within two weeks. Dr. Hodges examed her without hurting her: it breaks my heart when she's hurt unnecessarily during a physical exam. We waited for 30 minutes after our appointment time; I'm guessing because the Doctor was on a large animal call. We enjoyed a nice walk around the property, making the wait time beneficial.
