They also have guns..ammo..a gunsmith..and so much more. They have hunting clothes and all kinds of outdoor apparel. I wasn't sure what type of pole to get. I didn't give them 5 stars because it felt like a man's place only and I gave up on getting assistance. Only girl inside the store! You can get a fishing license for 365 days for about 65 bucks or even a one or two day fishing license ( about 21 bucks for one day). I tried working with him on a transfer from Sierra Arms in Modesto (a great place staffed by pros) but he had a sarcastic attitude about transfers, maybe he will, maybe he won't. Unfortunately the gentleman who won my shotgun in a raffle will have to come to Modesto for ownership transfer unless there is a more reputable firearm dealer in the Marysville area. The funds generated by our raffle (Combat Vets Motorcycle Assoc.) go to getting homeless vets off the street. Our organization (CVMA) is a 501c3 non profit organization dedicated to helping veterans, too bad Union Guns won't get on board.

He also knew some hunting guides for hunts in the coast range just east of Willows. His fishing report about East Park and Stony Gorge Reservoirs were really helpful. As outdoorsmen we really need the local hunting and fishing shops to be there when we need them. They have the knowledge and the products to get you on the water with a good idea of what will catch fish. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because they are still building their inventory but then had a bunch of fishing stuff ready to go on the shelf the day I was there.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. I told them it was my first time at the range, and they took the time to explain everything, answer my questions, and help me get set up. That made a huge difference because walking into a range as a newbie can feel a little intimidating. Once I got to my lane, I was only there for about 30 minutes, but I enjoyed every minute of it. My confidence definitely grew, and I left feeling way more comfortable than when I walked in. Overall, great first experience. Friendly staff, helpful guidance, and a welcoming environment for beginners. I'm looking forward to coming back for more practice -- and this time, I promise I won't wait another two years.

We all know, purchases / transfers in California are difficult and wrought with bureaucracy & nonsense. This shop, makes it simple and easy for you to get it done. In addition, they have a very nice indoor range with a VERY wide multitude of rental firearms. Aside from the good customer service & cool indoor range, they had an incredibly wide variety of stock for sale. I noticed they had VERY fair prices, like some firearms were easily $100-125 less a piece than the FUDD gun shops here in (510) Alameda County. I would say the top highlight of this gun shop was the lack of FUDD. I experienced & saw / heard zero FUDD nonsense. Just straight up good, solid, friendly customer service & plenty of great products to choose from. It's also noteworthy that they had a really good inventory of ammo for reasonable pricing. I'll definitely be spending some more money here. Keep it up guys!!

I could not find my paperwork as I was interested in selling the firearm. I called, explained my situation, and that all I had was a receipt with the name Chelsea. They transferred me to Chelsea and she said se'd look into. No response. I'll called back and she said she emailed it to me. She sent it again. I didn't get it. I called and she suggested looking in my Spam folder. It wasn't there. I called back and asked if she could send me a paper copy and said she could get one out Tuesday. Perfect. So I 'm going through my emails and deleting several and was going to empty my trash folder, but I always look one last time before I empty it. What do I see? I see Chelsea's two previous emails that went right into trash, bypassing my inbox and Spam folder. I downloaded the DROS to my computer. I called my Internet Service Provider and the fault was theirs. Something in their system was dumping emails into my trash and not my inbox. That problem is now resolved. But I can't thank ASP enough for their patience and making every effort to help me...and in spite of me being annoying, they were nothing but patient and courteous . A++++bin my book.
