I told them it was my first time at the range, and they took the time to explain everything, answer my questions, and help me get set up. That made a huge difference because walking into a range as a newbie can feel a little intimidating. Once I got to my lane, I was only there for about 30 minutes, but I enjoyed every minute of it. In addition, they have a very nice indoor range with a VERY wide multitude of rental firearms. Aside from the good customer service & cool indoor range, they had an incredibly wide variety of stock for sale. I noticed they had VERY fair prices, like some firearms were easily $100-125 less a piece than the FUDD gun shops here in (510) Alameda County. I would say the top highlight of this gun shop was the lack of FUDD. I experienced & saw / heard zero FUDD nonsense. Just straight up good, solid, friendly customer service & plenty of great products to choose from. It's also noteworthy that they had a really good inventory of ammo for reasonable pricing. Plenty of parking and the entrance is on the side of the store. It was relaxed, well run, and exactly what you want from a range. This store does not appear to care about their customers…read more The store left me two voicemails saying I had until close of business on August 21 to pick up a roughly $1,000 firearm. I relied on that and went well out of my way to get there well before closing, only to learn that they had canceled the transaction earlier that morning. Mistakes happen. But what really bothered me was the response. First they blamed me - they said I was late and this was just their policy, despite *two* voicemails from their team member (Michael) telling me otherwise. The manager (Kevin) then told me that *I'd* need to pay for another background check and initially refused to cover it due to their mistake. I later emailed the store manager, Bill Curtis, to explain what happened and give them an opportunity to address it. He did not respond. I don't live anywhere near the store. I relied on their representations and wasted a good part of my day. I'd think twice about trusting them and doing business with them in the future.

I could tell he wasn't dilligently looking so I asked another employee if they had the item in BLACK OR WHITE..he found "THREE AVAILABLE" IN BLACK. As he was on the register he only pointed me back to the area I had already looked. I said I already looked there, he said "ok well then we don't have it, whatever is out is what we have" Long story short I looked online and ordered the item for pickup, about 30 mins later I receive a message that my item was ready & drove back to the store to pick it up. I asked to speak to the manager, and I couldn't believe it was the same guy who told me they didn't have it! We all make mistakes right, but it was just the way our initial interaction went that I knew he was being lazy. Further, rather than apologize he double-downed on his explanation that they only had PINK. Like bro I'm holding it in my hand & it says available online? I realized he only scanned the pink item, so of course it didn't bring up the other colors that may or may not be available. He was like upset I found it?? It's just annoying that I was just in the store and all he had to do was take 2 minutes to assist me. There were more employees in the store than customers & nobody could spare a couple minutes to simply look for an item, isn't that apart of the job?
