I drove an hour to their location to meet with an esthetician. I bought 5 products for $560.00. They did not consider the needs of my aging skin (age 76) and prescribed an aggressive hyperpigmentation treatment (I had used this prior to laser surgery 6 years ago). It did not address extreme dryness and made my skin worse. Stiff and peeling face was not what I was looking for at this time. Worse was that they upcharged all the products because I had not booked at least three treatments at their facility. If I had purchased the same products directly from Obagi, I would have paid $468, almost $100 less. I used Obagi online to purchase moisturing prooducts and found 5 appropriate products for only $149. I totally feel ripped off, Beware of their advice.
