The gentleman did not seem in the best of moods and after going halfway up the ladder and looking at my roof, he complained that the roof was too steep for him, and he was not going to do the job... Apparently he had injured himself on a previous work site. He verbally quoted me what it would cost to repair, put his ladder in the truck and left. If I were to say they were here for a total of five minutes that would be generous. This was the first roofer I've ever met who didn't want to go on the roof of a one story home. I made sure that it shows that I paid it in full. I did not want them to put a lien on my house heh I called and made sure that it says I paid my bill in full. They were on top of it. The work crew cleaned up after themselves. If you have any issues, you can call their office and they make things right. The new roof is holding up well. Last year I had an issue the roof at my other house. There were a few small leaks. One person came out and told me that it is an easy fix. I highly recommend.
