The paperwork was quick and easy, and the whole crew was super professional and friendly. The lady at the front moved with serious swiftness -- she had me sorted before I could even finish feeling sorry for myself. Once back, the nurse listened to me thoroughly and the doctor actually took the time to figure out what was going on. I felt genuinely taken care of with real quality, like they were legit invested in getting this traveler back on his feet. I went through this whole process just for them to tell me they don't take our insurance AFTER 15 mins of verifying the insurance. I gave them the secondary insurance that they did take and they still weren't able to verify. I'm honestly really tired of ER's/ doctors offices/ urgent cares making you go through elaborate processes because they don't want to handle paperwork.
