The Experience: We had our taxes done 2 years ago and were told someone else had filed under our social security number. The instruction we were given, was to file by paper. We waited patiently as the IRS site, "Where's My Refund," prompted us the return was received and being processed. After two years of going back and forth with All Valley Tax and the IRS, an IRS rep finally suggested we complete the 14039 Identity Theft Affidavit. I do believe having this form filed with our tax return would have accelerated the process. The Bottom Line: Before learning about the Identity Theft Affidavit, Dindi and All Valley tax were not helpful when we called for guidance. At times we felt ignored as they provided reasons for being too busy. They even shared they wouldn't help because we were no longer filing with them. The question then, if I were to be audited for 2022, would they no longer be assisting? The next question to ask is, if another identity theft situation arises, is this the quality of their protocols?

On June 25, she requested my bank statements, profit statements, and a detailed explanation of my business. I spent another hour gathering the requested documents and walking her through everything in detail after spending her an email. She told me she would review the information and get back to me with a quote. After not hearing back, I followed up by email on June 26 and received no response. A few days later, I called and left a voicemail requesting an update again, no response. I called once more on June 30 and still did not receive a response. I'm disappointed that I invested so much time explaining my business and sharing sensitive financial information, only to be completely ignored afterward. Even if they decided they weren't the right fit, a simple courtesy response would have been the professional thing to do. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this firm. The lack of communication and professionalism resulted in a significant waste of my time.

She processes our payroll, helped us get set up with benefits (401k, health insurance, sick/vacation day tracker, etc), assists with terminated employees, conducts monthly audits against bills, assists with new hire paperwork, employee expenses, client invoicing (retainer and hourly), credit card reconciliation, payroll preparation, prepping reports and working with my CPA for taxes and more! Although I know she has other clients, she is always available by phone/email/skype and has grown with my needs as a company. Most of all she is trustworthy, which is very important for the person who is going to see all of your financial information.
