Called to get a quote which ended up being wayyyyyyy better than most wheel places in LA (by at least $500) which included ton of work on my wheels, and tinting ceramic film on all my windows. They repaired my wheels, curb damage and existing scratches that had been on em. Sam had the wheels stripped down, sandblasted, powder coated to gloss black and then ceramic coated them. He swapped out my tires, balanced and mounted them, along with fixing my TPMS (tire sensors) and the sensor light on my dash. His employee even cleaned up my old wheels and tire "shined" my old tires (and new ones). Amazing work, amazing price compared to a lot of other paces (including my ceramic window tints). Again, it felt like an attempt at upsell but this time I really didn't have a choice. Other than that, I definitely recommend using alpha auto sports. Had original OEM wheels and calipers on my 1999 Camaro powder coated and ceramic coated today. WOW ...what difference. Check out the pics. I have been looking around for some time to either buy new wheels or have my original wheels refurbished. [[HIGHLIGHT]]After checking out a number of places for both, I got a text from Sam at Alpha. He provided me with all the information necessary to help make an informed decision. He was up front with the services he would be providing and a reasonable quote.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I had some concerns about matching the OEM color of the wheels and the car. Sam invited me to meet with him and we would go through swatches to select the correct colors. Sam suggested a silver color that is nearly identical to the Chevrolet OEM paint color code. He even added a dusting of metallic flake, to the color that is in the Chevrolet color. Once the colors were selected, his very professional team began the process by totally encapsulating the car in plastic to ensure nothing got on my paint. After removing the wheels, the tires were dismounted and the wheels were sand blasted to remove the old paint and any blemishes. Additionally any rash was removed. After the first wheel was done, Sam brought it to me to show me the difference. It looked incredible even without the color added yet. Finally the wheels were powder coated and ceramic coated. After the first one Sam once again brought it out for me to see. It looked like a GM wheel brand new off the factory floor!! While that was happening, his team was taking care of the brake calipers. The red color applied was as close as a perfect match to the color of the car. Once the wheels were done the tires were remounted and balanced to the correct balancing specs. It took Sam and his team 5 hours from start to finish to get everything done. I want to be sure to point out that the location / garage is very organized. Other garages I went to were dirty and disheveled. Didn't provide much confidence. However, Alpha's garage and office are clean and organized. If you are in need of a professional garage to powder coat your wheels, do not hesitate to give Alpha a call and speak to Sam to set up an appointment to get them done. Great job guys!! read more

Top-notch experience getting the brake calipers painted on my 2012 McLaren in the midst of one of our worst local emergencies. Sam responded to my initial voicemail immediately and we scheduled an appointment to bring in my car. After deciding on a color and brand script, Sam recommended ceramic coating the final finish. Ceramic coating has been very helpful as it keeps break dust from embedding into the paint even after the surface is heated from normal use. A few weeks ago, I dropped off my brand new Mercedes G 63 AMG to Sam @Alpha Auto Sports; I took it in for a clear coat finish application. I believe that alpha auto sports did a good job, but I was very unhappy that they drove my G 63 AMG Mercedes , without my permission, off of their premises for a 5 mile drive (this is documented). Today , I dropped off my 2025 Mercedes G 63 AMG to Sam @Alpha auto sports for a PPF application on my windshield. I just picked up the G 63 AMG from Alpha Sports, and they had had the car out for what Sam says they were taking pictures; while I was waiting for the car to be returned, I told Sam that they had taken the car the last time I was there for the clearcoat and driven it 5 miles without my permission. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Sam said that's impossible and told me that did not happen. I reiterated to Sam that it did and I had a documented. Sam again said that wasn't true. By inference, Sam was calling me a liar.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I never authorized Sam, or anyone at Alpha Auto Sports to take my car off premises. I waited another 10 minutes or so for the guy to come back. Alpha Auto Sports never had authorization to take my brand new Mercedes 2025G wagon off of Alpha Auto Sports' property. Once the Car is out on the public streets, it is at risk. What if Alpha Sports personnel was driving the car and involved in a wreck? I get an apology from Sam? I won't be going back to Alpha auto sports, because I believe that they were dishonest in their dealings with me. If you do go to Alpha auto sports, you better write down your mileage, and tell them specifically not to take your car off the premises, without your permission. Dropping off a vehicle at Alpha auto sports is known as a balement. A balement is subject to specific contractual rights and obligations;I believe that Alpha Auto Sports breached their balement agreement with me by removing my car from their property without permission, subjecting it to the dangerous streets of Los Angeles.
