I had a root canal tooth for 4 years and it was perfectly fine. I went to Hendricks to put a crown on it and two weeks after the temp fell off they placed the permanent and one week later that snapped at unlike and I lost the tooth. Hendricks grinned the tooth down far too much and the numb crumbled. There was no numb left a bunch of yellow chalky stuff in there. I demanded I want my money back I paid cash out of pocket to have them make me loose a tooth. They were dodging my phone calls and not calling me back. I had to sit and wait two hours white they were in a company meeting to get in and get my money back. Horrible dentist. Do not go to them read more

absolutely awful. Charged our in November at the same time that they put a claim through to the insurance. The insurance paid December 12 they have not issued a refund and it is January 29 with no sign of the refund insight preparing to call channel 8 and channel 19. read more

My husband spent 3 hours there because they couldn't fix his cap. They made him a new cap told him to bit down it broke. They made him temporary one came home bit down that broke. To spend three hours and not have it fixed right is upsetting and closed till Monday this was in a Friday. We both had been going to them for over 20 years. I had to leave a while ago because they couldn't help me to fix a broken cap. Told me it would be 6 weeks before I could get in. I go to Brunswick Family dental who took me right away. read more

Went in for a cleaning. Was told it would cost $249. I clarified with the hygienist if that was total cost to me and was told yes. Received the bill and it was $249 per quadrant. So my $249 charge was $1000. I tried to call and explain that was not what I was quoted and they did nothing and basically said too bad. On top of that, I was "fitted" for a partial 4 times. I still do not have the partial but I was charged for it and I paid for it. I refuse to go back because they charge an office visit for each fitting. NO SMILES WITH Our Family Visit! Performed unnecessary procedures and overcharged us! $300 out of pocket! Told them NOT TO DO ANYTHING WHICH WAS NOT COVERED BY OUR INSURANCE...GUESS WHAT!?! The Best of the Best! If you have "dentist anxiety", this is the place for you! I came in as a new patient having relocated from San Diego where I had the best dentist ever. Having an escalated fear of dentists I searched for one who already had great reviews and was preferably a family practice. This is the place! But, you never know going in. After 2 hours and an incredible experience, I knew I found my "dentist home". Very friendly environment. Very efficient. A bit short staffed but they had a great attitude.

I had to loose couple of hour from work including over time loss, for a 15 min procedure they could have done during my last appointment 2 weeks ago. Also thing seem to move with snail speed once you pay, been waiting for my fake teeth now for month. Pathetic. read more

I as the dumb 17 year old kid I am never listened to my parents as a kid about pop, specifically Moutan dew had no idea this pop would eat my teeth like it did and I had gone to dentist before and they've always said I'm good and I'm ok and when I got to Hendricks they showed me what was really going on I have had to have 3 extractions so far and about 9 cavities throughout my mouth that all other dentists did not see at all but they did and hendricks went above and beyond what they needed to do by showing me alternative options to extractions such as crowns, drilling (etc.) and that is so much more then what other dentists have done for me, I cannot thank hendricks enough for everything they have done for me and for everything they are doing for me read more
