This crew showed up EARLY every single day.  There was never any no show, surprises, or uncertainty.  As with any project, there are issues that come up.  In my case, nobody's fault, just is what it is.  That said, each and every time there was clear communication and joint decisions to resolve.  Money was saved anywhere it could.  If more money needed, I was given options to choose.  If I needed a redo, no push back whatsoever.  Very clear the goal was to make me happy with them and the end result. It's great when you know everyone on a first name basis from the construction crew to the back office to the owner. The worst I can say is my water bill went up a few dollars because we love our showers so much we can't get out!  We did a kitchen, two baths and a new fence.  We would 1000% use D.A.Y. again and sharing referrals with our friends and family.

I have had a few months to consider the quality of the work that was done. I have attached pictures. Honestly, I regret doing the project now. I wish I could go back in time and not do it. The tiling job on the shower definitely looks like a DIY project. It does not look like a professional tile job. The grout lines are horrific. The bathroom floor tile job was actually worse. The floor popped and snapped and many spots sounded hollow. They came out to "fix" it but could really never fix it. I ended up paying a different tile guy to tear up the new floor and put it a new new floor. It doesn't pop or snap. It looks clean and the grout lines are all the same size. Tile jolly should have been used in several places and it wasn't. I have exposed tile edges in my shower and that should not be the case. I had the new tile guy spruce up the shower bench and it looks much nicer. The new vanity is not flush against the wall. The new faucet drips behind the stream of water. Honestly, there is nothing in this remodel that I enjoy and I wish I had never had the project done. These are really nice people, but I do not think they know how to do tile. Another things is that I was told I could not have a shower niche, when in fact, the new tile man said I certainly could have. Also, do not be deceived into thinking they take credit card payments. They do not. All in all, I am completely unhappy with the workmanship. I am completely unhappy with the project and totally regret using them to do the project. They are nice people, but I would not recommend.

"mr tucker will call you , or mr tuckers sick and then pressing the envolope why is it taking soo long for the estimiate .. the next day clint tucker answeres the phone and says im sorry i have to be honest with you that youre projects are too big for us... and thats after 9 months .......... we waited 9 months for thats to much for us to handle... we also found that there was not just us exsperiancing this from this comp.... me and another one house hold that was waiting for for tucker to give a quote. left reviews on there face book review page .. in turn effected a star lowering there reviews lessor than five stars... and a week passed and several family and freinds of this company submitted fake reviews to just get it back to 5 stars....... and a yr passes and there isnt even a place to right a review on there face book page anymore and our truthfull reviews are not being displayed ... doooooo not give this company the time of day .. dont even call them there wishy washy .... i talked to someone who actually got work done from them to find out there thieves aswell.... its the truth .. i wouldnt make it up a freind of mine said they were insulating a wall and stoled the insulation .

When we moved into our rent house it was beyond filthy and we should've known to turn back then. Not only did we spend days cleaning up after the previous renters, we had 9 different repairmen out to our house within the first 5 months of living there (not in a timely manner mind you) because the previous renters and the company did not keep up the house. The sewer backed up into one of the rooms causing the inhabitants to move out and water to be turned off for an entire week. The floor was so rotted in one of the bathrooms from a leak that was easy to fix in an adjacent room that it had to be replaced. Month after month we had to plea to get things fixed. The company itself is underhanded. We were recently informed after 62 days of trying to get our deposit back from that year of hell that it would not be returned. Not one dime. The reason? No forwarding address within 24 hrs...was it cleaned top to bottom? Yes I did that myself to ensure we would be fully reimbursed. Had we been by the office more than 10 times over the last 60 days to inquire about the deposit? Yes. Only now do they hand us a letter and claim they had no forwarding address even though they clearly had one the whole time. Bottom line, these people are into loop holes and poor customer service. On a personal level it is disgusting that someone would use greed with which to run their company. Do not rent from this company...you will regret it.

Spilled paint on floor, dishwasher, and back patio. Oversprayed paint onto ceiling, door knobs, with paint mist on new flooring as well. Left trim off around 1/2 of the house laying on the floor with nails sticking out of some of the trim that was put back. Trim that was replaced overlapping in certain areas and didn't repair holes made in drywall when removing some pieces of trim. Did quick paint of main walls without prep work (repaired a hole we had discussed after painting and didn't sand/paint back over it and didn't remove/fill in nail holes before painting) - also left areas of cracked and peeling paint. Didn't paint bathrooms. Left materials and trash outside in rain. Promised he would be out there multiple times over 5 months to finishthe job and and still nothing. Refuses to refund part of my money as "they did the job."
