The entire process took one week as there were multiple areas needing repair. The main project took only three days. Although the ordering process with the furniture supplier had some minor communication gaps, the quality of the workmanship more than made up for it. There was never an issue with any of Forever Bath team; they were very responsive and helpful. The installation crew's attention to detail created a beautiful bathroom remodel. He used phrases like "on the high side" and I can't imagine it being more than that," and made us feel assured that our budgeting was appropriate. Given that, we agreed to a deposit of $250 for him to go ahead with a formal quote, per company policy. When the proposal came back, it was $45K, which is more than double what we had discussed. While I understand that quality work and materials are costly, I don't understand how his verbal estimates were so grossly inaccurate, especially when he said he's been working there for 18 years. While I understand the deposit was intended to cover his time in gathering the estimates, and that he "doesn't work for free," a large part of his job is properly estimating potential costs for potential clients, and he did not do that. We agreed to the $250 deposit based on incredibly inaccurate numbers, and when I requested our deposit back, we were denied (twice.) While I don't think it was his intention to be deceptive, we felt swindled out of $250. I was very disappointed that they weren't willing to refund us.

The team went above & beyond what was required. The communication is great w/ all employees. They really care about the homeowners they work for from start to finish. Had an issue after hours & they came out immediately taking care of it. Took a little off my bill for the inconvenience. The team were so kind to my dogs that they're going to miss having the team around. They made a make shift fence so that my dogs could still run around the backyard throughout the 3 1/2 wks of the project. I will definitely give them a call in the future for other projects!
