always had a great experience in my past dealings with Hal Davis, this time was totally different. i took my watch in for my free battery replacement they offer that when you purchase the watch there. Dropped off on a Wednesday said would be ready Friday. On Thursday received a phone call saying they were having a problem with the tool they use to remove the strap and back and it had torn the strap. when I went in there Friday to pick up my watch I could see the strap on both sides were separating the gentleman was explaining to me what was going on when another male employee came up an said that is how the watch was brought in I asked what was this green stuff and he said they tried to glue the band and again said this is how the watch was brought in and it was caused by wear and tear and it was a old band. I took my watch and left before a altercation took place. i was shocked how the customer service was totally different. Will never go back there again. read more

I came in to get my engagement ring fixed because the center diamond was able to spin like an armature DJ which I was not into. I walked in and was greeted promptly and kindly even when I was a sweaty mess popping in after a workout. I talked to them about what I needed done and was given a timeline for when it would be done (under a week) and was given a quote. On Monday I was sent a verified quote for the actual job and that's when I realized I was going to be leaving the morning my ring was meant to be done. I emailed back and Jodi was able to get my ring done two days before the initial date. I appreciate it so much! They were the best with dealing with me and making me feel like my ring was in good hands. The best part was that when they send an email with the quote they send a picture of your item too which added another level of feeling confident in my choice for them. My fiancé and I looked around the store for wedding bands as well and they have a great selection! I would not be surprised if we both came back here for those. Pro tip- take the cookie they offer. I regret going here to have my diamond recut. After being told numerous times by 3 different people who worked there it would be gorgeous and very little would be lost, followed up by a phone call from David that the size "could" decrease from 3.37 carats to 2.97 for the worst case scenario and it was not worth much the way it was and this was a very conservative figure because every one else's that had been done ended up quite a bit larger than the estimated figure.
