Since they only have a few employees, repairs are resizing could take more lead time than you may expect, but in-store services like battery replacements and ring cleanings are pretty fast. Service: I was having an extremely bad day I needed to get my wedding ring cut off (as most I had a bit of weight gain during the pandemic) and it had been a while since I could get it off. I was embarrassed and worried, I thought about going to the fire station since that is where it was recommended to get it removed at no charge. From the minute I interacted with them they were friendly, informative, and compassionate. Their uplifting attitude and helpful tips have me leaving feeling more comfortable and confident it was going to be okay. I am so glad I did not get it removed elsewhere! They told me to come back to get it sized when I was ready and a good time frame to do so. I am so pleased with the service I will be going back 100% for all my jewelry needs.

Upon cleaning it the jeweler noticed the prongs were loose. He referred us to Jeweler Bench. When I called the owner was abrupt, and communicated rudely with me. He stated, "prongs do not become loose. That can't be the problem." He was also very irritated that I was referred to ask about scheduling at a time when the repair could be done same day. He stated I was the fourth person to ask this and that he didn't do same day repair. It was his tone and attitude that my husband and I did not appreciate. Two months of terrible customer service later they showed me an extremely ugly and unfinished product that they expected me to buy. The next day they offered to remake it for me as they knew they provided a substandard product. Due to the poor communication, customer service and incredibly slow speed, I declined and asked for a refund. If it's surprising to hear this from a store with a high review score, know that I've attached the letter that they sent me. It's against federal law to ask a customer to sign a document like this and I suspect that they have been practicing illegal business practices for a long time.
