So then we agreed on Sunday. He texted at 9am and said he had drop off his kids and that he would come to do my pool. I cancel my appointment and all he had say was OK. This company does not care about your time at all. They come when they want to come. The owner wouldn't call us back except once when one of his workers was passed out in his truck in the driveway and we had to knock on the window to wake him up to which he was very rude & seemed hungover. I then showed them a picture of my pool that was clean. I requested some of my money back, since I had to clean the pool myself. they told me that they gave me a discount already to clean the pool. Where was the discount, I gave them what they said it would cost. The area that they claim was stain was just sand in the bottom of the pool. This company refuse to give me any money back; they are a BIG RIP OFF. Why should I have to clean my pool myself when I paid them to clean it. Even if it was a discount, they did not clean my pool, it was still dirty and cloudy.

I hired Dales pool in mount Washington, ky to install an inground pool with liner in the year 2022…read more Unfortunately,the pool has leaked since the first year it was installed. Over the next 3 years, the company repeatedly denied it was leaking, despite patching the liner multiple times. Each season the leak became worse. Eventually, the company told us to obtain a third party evaluation and stated they would pay for that. We had two separate pool professionals inspect the pool, and both immediately identified that the liner had been installed with a wrinkle under the main drain and that the drain gasket screws were stripped. After we reported these findings, Dales pools drained the Pool themselves and applied sealant around the drain, but the pool continued to leak. In the fall of 2025, Brandon , the son, admitted he could not stop the leak and agreed to replace the the liner in the spring of 2026. When spring arrived ,we were told by Corey, the father, they would no longer honor the repair because "someone else drained the pool" even though their own company had drained it during prior repair attempts. We are now facing approximately $7,500 in repairs due to what multiple professionals identified as a faulty install. It was all sunshine and rainbows until it came time for them to honor their word. Then we were ghosted. They will not respond to any communication attempts.
