When there was a problem getting our windows to us at the original date because one of our huge picture windows cracked during the shipping process, owner Jerry Mashburn called me himself to apologize, explain the situation and reschedule with me. Jerry cares so deeply about the reputation of his company and it is so evident. Our windows were installed by the charming and ridiculously hard-working Brandon and Dustin. These guys are so respectful of people's homes. You will never have to worry about their conduct: they are consummate professionals. There's a reason YHW has so many 5-star reviews. They're all well-earned and you can have full faith in them. Side note: We hemmed and hawed about getting a garden window because, in essence, they're four windows in one and as such are quite pricey. Having got one, I can confidently say they're well worth it. We love ours. So do our cats.

They called on Sunday before Labor Day and wanted to know if they could start installing on Tuesday. Their installers, Dustin and Brandon were very nice and professional, and explained the order that things would be done in, and estimated the job would be complete by Thursday. By Wednesday evening they were done and they are absolutely beautiful. Everything was cleaned up and back where it came from. They were very conscientious about keeping as much heat out of the house while the windows were being changed out. They were very careful with the installation and every thing went very smoothly, and we are extremely happy with the results. We are so happy with our windows and have already noticed that our two rooms with the most windows are staying 4-8 degrees cooler than they were with the old windows. I can't wait to see how much we will be saving on our utility bills! If you need replacement windows this is the place to go!

This company installed all new windows in our home ( all but 5 or so). Every window that willow windows installed is soaked and is covered in black mold. We contacted the company once we found the issues. They came to our home and "investigated" the windows. I'm not sure how one investigates an issue without actually looking at the issues. I'm pretty sure they just tapped on the window and said well it's a window it's all good. We have had to hire our own team to investigate the issues because they refuse to do so. We have had to move out of our home because it's inhabitable. We left all our possessions clothes, furniture, toys...everything because how contaminated our home is. I can't be near anything from the home because it makes me so sick that I am down for a few days. We have tried working with this company to resolve the issues but they are unwilling to fix the mistakes they made or even admit they exist. I am disappointed in this company for the neglect, lack of compassion, and the lack of accountability they possess. The owners in particular are the issue. I'm not sure how they can sleep at night knowing what damage they have done to another person. We have a baby..... A BABY.....in this now mold infested home due to their terrible window installation and they refuse to do anything. This company has no morals. As humans.... As parents.... Short version: My $355 glass replacement turned into an $1800 glass replacement…read more Long version: I am giving a two star review and not a one star review because the two women who work at the front desk were very polite and responsive. The delivery team of two men was also kind and professional however the glass maker was probably one of the rudest individuals I have ever encountered. I called All Star Glass to see what their typical wait time for replacing a piece of glass was and they notified me 24-48 hours. After reading the Google reviews it seemed that this was the norm for them. This was important to me because I dropped the glass off on a Monday and needed it by the latest Thursday because I had a flight out of Nashville at the end of the week. I also didn't want to not have a front window for my living room for the entire week especially when I was not there. No worries however because I was told it would be done Tuesday. After receiving no update on my glass, I called them back and was told it would be done the next day (Wednesday). After again receiving no update on Wednesday, I called again and was told it would be done Thursday. By the time Thursday rolled around I called back and was told it would be done Friday even though I made it clear early in the week that I had a flight to catch. When I called Thursday, the woman at the front desk handed the phone over to the glass maker who immediately started yelling and getting very angry, telling me that NO ONE told me the glass would be done in 24-48 hours (just read the other comments. This seems to be the norm) and that HE told me it would be done Friday (I would have never agreed to this in the first place considering I had a flight and wouldn't be able to get the glass on Friday). The glass maker continuously called me a liar, yelling at me, threatening to hang up and not make the glass, saying that no one told me 24-48 hours despite the fact that I was told MULTIPLE times that this is how long the order would take. I tried being cordial as I shared my frustrations of needing to now change my flight but the glass maker didn't care, continuing to throw personal jabs and calling me a liar, referring me to the worst customer he has ever dealt with. Every time I tried calming him down (because I really did need the glass) he continued throwing personal shots at me. Very unprofessional. $355 for glass and $1500 later for having to change flights at the last second, the glass is installed. I would strongly recommend that the owner of All Star Glass gets a new glass maker as the current one is not well.
