How ever if you came in without calling and the brow stylist was not in- it would be a waste. The stylist herself, Neetu, is perfection! She is passionate about her work, takes her time to ensure her job is well done. They charge $9 for eyebrows, upper lips threading and have aloe/baby oil for anyone with sensitive skin. Brow threading is one of India's wonderful techniques to having a perfectly shaped eyebrows. For a first timer, this can be a slightly anxious experience (pulling hair out with a thread) but if you are up for it- this is well worth trying. The stylist controls each and every hair do give your brow the shape you want! Remember to call ahead before you head her way.

I outlined my questions clearly and requested that communication remain in writing so there would be no misunderstandings. As shown in the screenshots, rather than addressing the pricing discrepancy or concerns in writing, I was told to "move forward with my next steps" because I was not willing to switch to a phone call. I made multiple attempts to resolve this directly and professionally before sharing this review. My request was simply for written clarification regarding a financial and service concern. I'm sharing this experience for transparency so others can make informed decisions. Based on how this situation was handled, I would not personally recommend her to anyone. What makes a good business absolutely depends on how they handle any arising issues and how they communicate.
