Today was the final straw--she was pushy, visibly annoyed, and couldn't even manage a polite smile. Customer service matters, and angry high-pressure sales tactics are not the way to get repeat business. We are completely done with this establishment.

I did not get any skin reaction or bumps from her threading. I am so impressed! There was only the typical temporary minor redness that lasted less than an hour. This is the cleanest threading experience I've ever had because my skin did not have any kind of irritation at all. My eyebrows are cleaned up and my skin was fine like nothing happened. Usually at other places, I would break out and have angry inflammation akin to folliculitis that takes a few weeks to heal but somehow that didn't happen here. It was quite magical. Completely unexpected and pleasant surprise! I came here on a whim after perusing Yelp reviews and I'm glad it worked out so well. She's really good! And she keeps the space and tools (her hands and thread) so clean and sanitary. I think that's why I didn't have any infection at all.
