The lady who did my eyebrows was not friendly at all -- she barely spoke to me, did not welcome me, and simply commanded "sit." Very bad actitud! She rushed through my eyebrows in about 2 minutes, and it definitely showed in the final result. One eyebrow was left noticeably thinner than the other. When she handed me the mirror, she did it in a rushed manner and immediately walked to the register to charge me, making it difficult to properly notice the unevenness at the time. I have had my eyebrows threaded many times before, and never has anyone done them this quickly or carelessly. I left very unsatisfied with both the customer service and the quality of the work. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

I did not get any skin reaction or bumps from her threading. I am so impressed! There was only the typical temporary minor redness that lasted less than an hour. This is the cleanest threading experience I've ever had because my skin did not have any kind of irritation at all. My eyebrows are cleaned up and my skin was fine like nothing happened. Usually at other places, I would break out and have angry inflammation akin to folliculitis that takes a few weeks to heal but somehow that didn't happen here. It was quite magical. Completely unexpected and pleasant surprise! I came here on a whim after perusing Yelp reviews and I'm glad it worked out so well. She's really good! And she keeps the space and tools (her hands and thread) so clean and sanitary. I think that's why I didn't have any infection at all.
