Took my deposit and never delivered the cans I requested (they had 2 weeks to do so). Spoke with 10 people over a week and nobody could do anything. This company is a joke and does not take residential business seriously. Thank God, there are other providers!!! UPDATE: 9/6/21 So I had to dispute the deposit with my bank to get it back. Then next thing you know (not surprised), I start getting past due notices. NEVER RECEIVED ANY SERVICE, but I sure am getting billed for it. Now I gotta dispute these invoices and start filling complaints with any/ever adjacency out there like "Better Business" , "FTC" , "Attorney General" etc., etc.. HOW IS THIS COMPANY IN BUSINESS!!!! Go with "Trash Away" if you need a legitimate company to provide you with trash service.

Missed recycling day and 3 subsequent reschedules. By the 4th day we called to inquire as to what…read morethe issue was; we were informed that the crew responsible for our pickup advised they picked it up on 04/19. They lied because I work from home and never saw the truck come pass the house. We are now into the latter part of the 2nd week and the issue is still unresolved. We have been "escalated" 5 times now... today is 04/27 and no member of management is willing to take 5 minutes and discuss the issue. I waited on hold for 29 minutes in efforts to speak with the boss of the supervisors to no avail. Horrible service - no accountability - failed customer service. If we could report a zero, we would. Would not recommend this company for services to anyone.

I can say that my trash is always picked up -- no problem there. But, I've had to call every other Monday for the past 10 weeks to have my recycling picked up (normal recycling hours are every other Friday for pick ups). So, I get to enjoy the views of my beautiful blue recycling bin at the end of my driveway all weekend long as a reminder of the ineptitude of Robertson Sanitation's scheduling & route coordination. It's Tuesday night and although I've been guaranteed 3 times since Friday that my recycling is moments away from being picked up, there still looms that brilliant blue rolling receptacle at the end of my drive still with a belly chock-full of cardboard, cans, plastic and paper. I can't count how many times I've been told, "Don't worry, I've passed this along to my escalation team." I'm fairly certain at this point, that the "escalation team" is just a made-up term given to their customer service to use when they can't actually fix the problem and have no other means to get a frustrated customer off the line. The smart thing would be to cancel -- I should have canceled after the 3rd time it happened. The only thing stopping me has been the $45 activation that their competitor (or sister company, I haven't actually researched enough to know if it has different ownership) charges. If this issue continues, I'll just pay the $45 because it's the same thing as continuing to give money to a company like Robertson Sanitation that won't actually provide services for that payment.

Derrick went above and beyond to get here within an hour of our call, picked up our old equipment and then helped us move our new appliance into place. He was knowledgeable, kind, and paid close attention to detail. Not a scratch or dent on any of the appliances. Highly recommend him for any appliance removal!
