Quite possibly the worst dumpster company in the world. I paid $315 for a dumpster for 10 days when I was moving into my new house to throw away household trash. When the dumpster arrived I was super offended. It was disgusting . Super rusty and had wholes all in the bottom. You have to call and tell them when to pick up the dumpster. I told them to come get that massive eye sore out of my driveway and it took them 4 days to come. Also, the dumpster was so rusty that the rust ran out on my driveway, and left a huge outline when it rained. Now the entire driveway has to be pressure washed because of their nasty dumpster. Be cautious in having dealings with this company. Employees are liars and are deviants. An employee was driving a truck from this company and struck me from behind as i was driving on Highway 85. After he hit me...he transferred abruptly to another lane and tried to run away from the scene. I actually had to get back on the highway and had to follow him to try to get his license plate number. There was not any license plate on his truck. (Now, i understand why) He finally drove off to the side, after realizing i was pursuing him. He got out of his vehicle and walked to the back of my Suv and he actually had the audacity to say that he hit me because i stopped on the highway. ?????. I corrected him and started to explain how he obviously was following too closely and i called 911. Police arrived and this driver told the officer that he DID NOT hit me and not only did he NEVER hit me, he said the only reason that he stopped was because he saw that i flagged him off the road to talk to him and tell him that maybe something was loose on his truck.????? I was absolutely shocked and appalled at the ease of how this driver "spun" his false narrative. I disputed this stupid narration in front of him, he obviously shamed HIMSELF because he was feeling too guilty to even look me in the eye. I called his company from the # on the side of his truck. A supervisor/manager came to the scene and i explained to the supervisor concerning what his employee did and his fraudulent claim and the supervisor looked more guilty then the driver. He never met eye contact with me either and had the gall to ask me, "How fast were you driving?" Really??? Such a dumb question to ask, when your lying, deceitful, driver just said that he NEVER hit me. They both seemed jittery, nervous and obviously had been in a situation like this before, since they both seemed anxious to not "fault" their company. What kind of company is this that condones its own hired employees to lie regarding an accident that they caused? I googled this company and another helpless woman experienced the same issue with her vehicle and an accident with these "dumb nit wits" and how they lied on her mother. Its obvious that its employees that are hired lack dignity, professionalism, no "home grown" training, with a motive to fraud you. Buyer beware! Dont supervisors realize that while you are protecting your deviant, its only a matter of time, that those same employees will eventually deceive you as well???? read more

DO NOT use this company. The owner does not respect people, let alone people of color. Very unprofessional and rude. I was told dumpster would cost one price. After the dumpster was picked up, was charged extra $200 without warning and office was evasive with answer. Escalated to owner who called me a liar. NOT transparent. Received "contract" which explained extra charge after charge was disputed on cc and charged a "spite" fee for being overweight after dispute. The dumpster was picked up half full. This is a terrible company with dishonest drivers! One of their drivers pulled over on my mother while driving down the highway, hit & seriously damaged her car, and then LIED to the police officer about what happened. As a result, she now has to pay for her own car repairs and their truck (of course) was left mostly unscathed. If I were looking for a company to handle a service like this for me, I'd look elsewhere for a company with more honest business practices and employees with more integrity. read more

I was pleasantly surprised with this company after seeing their less than perfect reviews. They were great to deal with. The dumpster was not pretty but, people, it is for trash removal. What do you expect? We needed it because a huge pine tree fell in our yard. I would definitely use them again if the need arises. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would as M and M Waste provides horrible customer service and overcharges customer. I have been wrongly charged $250 for a pickup of a dumpster after I had changed the pick up date from today until tomorrow. When I called to dispute the charge they told me that they never received my call to change the pickup date which is incorrect. They refused to credit me and would not ever entertain the possibility that they made a mistake. Save yourself the trouble and do not use M and M Waste. read more

Then refused to take it away the two times they came to get it, charging hundreds extra for revisits (which they don't tell you about beforehand). DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I REPEAT, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I should have known this experience was going to be a nightmare when the agreed upon drop off time was only 9 hours later than I was initially told. I called during the day for an update and was rudely told I was not told a drop off time. The last I was told I was next and the dumpster will be there in a hour to an hour and a half. Dumpster arrived 6 hours after the last call. Finally, the truck and dumpster drive by my house at warp speed clearly faster than the 30 mph posted residential zone and doesn't return until 45 minutes later with the worst dumpster I've ever seen! This heap was rusted completely on the bottom edge down the side. I showed the driver and he left and brought back another one. Part two of this nightmare continues! I call this fine establishment to retrieve the dumpster and was told pick up on Friday. I see a missed call from this company at 4:50 on Thursday which I was assuming to confirm a pick up time. I call back Friday morning to discuss the missed call and was then told my pick up time was Saturday instead of Friday. After arguing with the person on the phone she transfers me to the manager or owner who was equally as rude as the other two people I talked to. This company has zero regard for customer service and professionalism. They will not own up to their mistakes and/or poor scheduling procedures. The management even went as far as threatening/warning me!! They will never get another dime from me in the future and I will tell everyone I know to not use this gem of a company. read more

I gave them 1 star because there isn't an option to give 0 stars. They lost our first pickup order, then were 3 days late picking up, even though they promised every day that they would be there. Then the driver dumped part of the load on the driveway and had an attitude about cleaning it up. They advertise one thing and do another. They say same day delivery or next day on the website which is full of BS. They say one thing on the phone and then lie when you call back in. Worst service and way to over priced. $700 for a 20 yard half full of dirt. They charge your card after they come up with a bull shot overage number. I booked a 20 yard dumpster over the phone and I was told it will be delivered .Normally Companies tell you the time frame they will come , Georgia power is an example when u turn on power .This company sent the dumpster at 7 am in the morning and I wasn't there since I expected it will be delivered at normal business hours (8 am to 6 pm) and I got charged $250 dollars for $400 dollar Dumpster.Since I wasn't informed the time frame , In my opinion , this is a rip off ! read more

I have used M and M Waste for years on various projects, they are a great local dumpster company that always delivers containers when I need them, and always swaps or picks up their containers promptly and reliably. I have found M&M a much better alternative to the bigger companies. They always seem to able to squeeze me into their schedule, even when I call them at the last minute. This is the worst company to work for. They are very unprofessional. This is a Mom and Pop company and all they care about is making money. They could care less about their employees. They talk down to their employees. The part of the office where the employees sit is dirty deplorable and filthy.There is one restroom. The men outside use the restroom inside also so you can imagine how nasty it is. There is no portable potty outside. There is no hot water in the building at all and the office is located in a really bad area. The dispatcher that they currently have is really rude and unprofessional and is nasty to the customers as well. They have very high turn over. read more
