I had lipo on my stomach..it looks horrible. I should go back but i'm afraid he will make it even worse!!

I received tummy lipo in 2008 with Dr. Garazo, and 9 years later I still am not happy with the results. I had lumps an bumps from uneven canula use months after the healing process. I have spent over $1000 to get scar tissue and lymp massage to see if it would help even it out. I called the office in 2009 to advise them and they did not seem very sympathetic and stated i may need to get it re-done and pay the $5000 or whatever I originally paid. Needless to say 9 years later and today its still uneven and have fat pockets that were never removed. I now live in San Diego and will most likely have the procedure re-done with a more experienced doctor to fix the lumps. My stomach looked better prior to lipo. I would not recommend this facility. read more

I'm very Happy with my breast Augmentation I received in September of 2020. From the consultation, to the actual surgery and after care and the follow up appointments I was treated very well by everyone in the office and especially by Dr. Garazo. They ran me around for 2 months. Never got around to the surgery to repair the precancerous lesion. Left message on answering machine saying they couldn't do anymore to accommodate me. And i still have the scar on my face. They are making me wait to pick up my lab results so I am at their mercy until Dr. Garazo "signs off" on my paperwork so i have to wait to find a plastic surgeon that will actually help me.They are very unprofessional. read more

Exceptional service. I recently had breast implants and a lift done by Dr. Garazo and couldn't be more pleased by his service and staff. Everyone is super nice. They are quick and efficient. The place is spotless and has its own accredited surgery center. I see the doctor every visit not just a nurse. *I am adding this review to all of Dr. Garazo's pages to make sure the message is heard loud and clear. I received a breast augmentation from Dr. Garazo in March 2014, at the time I was 25. I went from a 34A to a 34C. Leading up to the procedure, Dr. Garazo and his staff were extremely helpful and made me feel comfortable. I was traveling from Cumberland at the time, so they even put me up in a hotel room for the night so I didn't have to travel. However, all this kindness and open communication was gone almost instantly after my procedure. I kept scheduling follow ups, explaining each time that something didn't feel right and my breasts didn't look as I expected. I was repeatedly told that it was just the healing process. After almost a year, I made another appointment. I again explained that my implants felt unnaturally high and that I was uncomfortable with the placement. This time I was told that most women want their implants high... I cried when I left that day. I had another breast augmentation done in December 2017 from a different surgeon and difference is night and day. I'm finally comfortable and everything looks exactly as I expected. My new surgeon listened to all of my concerns and addressed them honestly. I just wish I had started with him and not Dr. Garazo. read more

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE AND THE DOCTOR IS A SCAM!!! If I could give this less than one star, I would but unfortunately I can not. My experience at this office has been a nightmare! If you are thinking about getting injections-LOOK ELSEWHERE! I was self conscious about my lips and scheduled a consultation, not an appointment for injections, but a consultation to see if the doctor thought injections could help with the symmetry and fullness of my lips. He was in the room briefly and said that he did recommend injections. The next thing I know, one of the girls in the back are telling me that they are getting the stuff ready and will be right back in. Mind you, I was only initially there for a consultation. I quickly psyched myself up and was excited for the procedure. He stopped with what he said was ".25" left in the syringe and said he didn't feel I needed anymore. I asked him to please use the remaining, I had expressed I wanted a fuller look, and had paid for it, so go for it! When finished, he told me that I appeared to have very minimal swelling and that my end result should be very similar to how they looked when I left the office that day. Prior to leaving, I was kind of hassled into a room to leave a review. As the swelling disappeared over the next 24 hours, my lips looked exactly the same as they had before I walked into his office. No one, not one single person, can tell that I have had anything done to my lips. I am even more self conscious about them now and am totally devastated. I reached out to them to express how dissatisfied I was, and they do not care. They think the solution is to come back in so he can do more injections and take more money. I understand results can vary from person to person, but I have NO results. NONE. The office manager Katie, has the "we already have your money, so sorry about your luck" type of attitude. I expressed concern over being asked to do a review upon leaving, when they know my lips are swollen. They knew I wanted fuller lips, and the swelling gave me that so of course I thought they looked great at that point. I feel very taken advantage of. Why not do the review after the swelling, because they keep sending me texts about completing one, so wouldn't that be the time to do an accurate review? I guess not when you are crooked like this place is. I have started looking through old posts and old reviews and anything I can find to do with this place (wish I would have done that prior to) and have contacted a few other people that were not satisfied with their outcome. Some stated that he offered for them to come back in for more injections to fix it, and then charged them for it. Some said they asked for their money back and it was given to them. All but one mentioned being led to that room to give a glowing review prior to leaving. I have also found out more about that. They have every patient they are sure is happy give a review. No matter what you are there for. You could be post op, skincare patient, injection patient, etc. They want that review. However, if you are not satisfied, do you think they ask you for a review? Of course not! And they hope that you won't take the time to do it on your own once you leave the office. Good reviews basically bury the negative ones. So if they can get multiple good reviews, as simple as they may be, they will eventually hide all those bad ones essentially and make them SEEM to be the place to be. Let me mention I live an hour away and would have to miss work to go back in there. I offered to send pics and they said I had to come in. I do not want him anywhere near me with a syringe, at this point I simply asked for my money back so I could go have my lips done somewhere where they know what they are doing. The other patients that I have spoken to have not had the 'pleasure' of dealing with Katie, and said they dealt with a different office a manger. Maybe Katie is new to the practice, I don't know but I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this place. Total scam artists who only care about $ and not the patients happiness at all!! read more

I have been going regularly to Dr. Garazo , and his wonderful staff for many years now. Dr. Garazo is nice, and it is his wonderful ladies that really make me enjoy my experiences. I met some new ladies recently and they couldnt have been any better. Let me tell you now that I have always received EXCEPTIONAL results. However, I am very tired of the wait times. There are just way too many people scheduled and waiting and this causes long wait times for everyone. I can see the younger medical ladies trying to hide their stress. I was in recently, and witnessed a lady just walk out due to having to wait so long. I have to admit, I was close to doing the same after waiting for 45 minutes. I will give one or two more chances before I take my business elsewhere. Time is too precious to wait that long and I really hope they can change something to reduce the wait time for the people like me that pay a lot of money. I am giving 2 stars based on the wait times, but I would give 5 stars for the quality of service that I get. read more

Went there to one of their open houses two weeks before my high school reunion hoping to get a lift in my jowl region by getting cheek injections. They do give-a-ways which seem rigged, I bought two injectables at a savings not as good as they promised online. After waiting an hour and a half for my turn I went in the back and waited 15 more minutes until they said that getting this injectable would take more than the 15 minute slots they had for the open house (they could have told me in before I waited almost two hours). So they scheduled me to come back the next week even though I had the concern my face would be swollen or have injection marks for my reunion the office manager (who told me they didn't have time that day) said she had the injections all the time and they didn't leave a mark or swelling. So when I came back the next week I waited for over 30 minutes till I came in the back and told my concerns to a nurse or assistant of some kind. I specifically said I don't want huge cheek bones, I want more apple type cheeks and if possible I'd like some under my eyes to fill the hallow where I had dark circles, that I'm doing this to lift my face not for huge cheek bones. Then Dr. Garazo came in and I had assumed she told him everything I'd said but he just marked my face, injected me and said my cheek bones look great and left. He was in the room with me for 7 minutes. Also not at all the look I was going for, I did had huge cheek bones almost like a skeleton and it made my dark circle more noticeable and did nothing for my jowl. Also I had injection marks and bruising. It looked AWFUL! I wrote to the office manager who had lied me saying it would take more than 15 minutes of the doctor's time, that I wouldn't have marks, and that it would lift my jowls saying I was unhappy and she never wrote back. Be cautious of doctors offering things at a discount, trying to lure people in because their service isn't good enough to keep return customers. I won't be returning. read more

Do Not Go There!!!!! Very Unprofessional! On the first appointment they kept me waiting for over an hour and then when the doctor came in for the botox injections he didn't listen to me on where I wanted them and why. Which lead to a follow up appointment for corrections. Next time I went the staff suggested I try Dysport (highly recommended it), the injections where done in the forehead area. I was told it would peak in 48 hours and when I called back saying nothing had changed they said to wait an additional 7 days and then call back. I called back again as directed and Kelly took the phone call. She explained to be that I wasn't a good "match for there office" because I wasn't pleased with the results. This is the answer I get when an injection done by Dr. Garazo doesn't work! So I'm out $250.00. They refused to look at my forehead and see that it looked identical to the day I got the injection. I told them I would even take a photo and email it to them so they could view it and it wouldn't take any of their office time and she refused. I have been getting Botox for 14 years in NYC and Miami Beach and never have I had an injection not work. Doctors should stand by there product! This office is a JOKE! RUDE! I hope this review saves someone from making a very costly mistake, mine was a few hundred dollars but this man has a license to perform plastic surgery....... imagine the damage he could do to your body and not care! read more
