I recently had a laser treatment at Nova Plastic Surgery Center. The procedure was extremely painful. I was not prepared for this. They told me at the last minute I could have had laughing gas but it was being used elsewhere. For almost two weeks I was in agony with my face. It bled for the first three days. The treatment along with products I had to purchase costs me about $2,000.00. After all this my face was a lot worse. I had some wrinkles, now I have many more and they are much deeper. One side of my face is different from the other and I have red lines under my eyes. No employee informed me that this could be the outcome. Obviously if I was told upfront I never would have risked it.I think they were not honest and very unprofessional. read more

truly the worst experience. firstly the website says they don't charge for non doctor consultations but they do. then you get there they keep you waiting and young inexperienced women basically give you information you know based on experience over many years with Botox not to be true. this is a Botox mill no better than your local hair salon. avoid at all costs. I have been seeing Michele for Botox/Dysport for over three years and after countless compliments on my skin this past week I knew it was time to finally give credit where credit is due! I am admittedly a pretty paranoid patient - constantly googling about the worst case scenario of any treatment I may be interested in getting. I have received 3 or 4 HydraFacials from Dareen and am totally hooked! She is very knowledgeable and answers all of my many questions and I absolutely love the results of the treatments. I first tried the HydraFacial due to a bad reaction to a switch in cleanser, these have fixed my issues and have kept my skin great so I have added them to my regular skin regime. It was my first time to visit this place did not like the way I was treated by Jessica Swanson. The customer service by this person is so unpleasant. Personality made me feel like " what do you want " and her eyes like I had the virus when in fact I was very professionally dressed and felt like I conducted myself well. It bothered her that I was asking questions since it was my first visit there and gave like she was annoyed with me. I felt odd but tolerated her to get through my intention was to make a purchase. Then thought I try again but there she was controlling the front and saw another "new" girl at the front and just moved to the other girl with long black hair as her voice was sweet and didn't give me the feel of " run out of that office." This review is meant to highlight my sessions with Andrea. Just to give you some background information, I have been suffering with neurological Lyme disease for the past decade. One symptom of this disease that I've experienced is horrible acne. Andrea's mission was to treat the inflammation, scarring, and acne on my face, which seemed to never go away. The first thing you notice about Andrea is her warm personality. She truly is a ray of sunshine who makes you feel very at ease throughout each appointment. The services I received from Andrea were facials and BBL treatments. Before these treatments, my face was considerably bad. After 6 total treatments, my face is nearly clear. I've been getting Botox or Dysport for about 9 years now, and this is the first time that I've actually seen it UNDO wrinkles as opposed to prevent wrinkles from continuing to form. Be careful if you have fillers there. They see you as a wallet, no matter what they put as many fillers as possible in your face. More fillers more money. I felt like they stole my money in a sneaky way. I didn't know that they put 2 fillers in my chin when I didn't need it. They say that can dissolve it for free but no money back.
