He handled my personal injury and property damage case after a car accident when I was rear ended by a moving truck going 50mph, while I was stopped on the freeway due to traffic. He did all the heavy lifting on the case bringing it to a very fair settlement with transparent service and reasonable fees. After spending about 10 weeks to help found a startup venture, I decreased my involvement with the understanding that I would be compensated for that time after the venture was funded by investors. After that funding however, my partners seemed to forget about our contract and decide to move on without paying, even going so far as to plagarize my work in US patent applications without citing or informing me. I consulted Henry about this and received the free consultation as others have mentioned. But more important than that initial consultation, was his sticktoitivness during the process, and it was a process, as my former partners decided to fight tooth and nail against my claims. The initial consultation with Henry was in March 2008. After trying unsuccessfully to negotiate a settlement, court papers were filed in October 2008. About 2,000 pages of documents and briefs later, in March 2010, Henry and I settled the matter with the former partners out of court, on agreeable terms. My former partners brought to bear the full weight of a large Silicon Valley investment against us. I first learned about Henry from a really close friend.
