When I spoke to Chris over the phone I let him know that it is best to reach me by phone and that I would call back after sending in the photo examples. When I returned the phone call I asked to speak with Chris, This person I spoke with initially I was greeted by a gentleman who stated "Hi, I can answer all your questions" . However this man did the complete opposite, was rude and lacked good customer service skills. He kept insisting I send another email so that he could forward it to a "girl" he mentioned. I was distraught. Over the phone or through an email how would she know were I would like things placed. If I wanted to do the work myself I dong think I would be calling an establishment to do it! Nothing made any sense. He had no answers, the conversation was horrible, they couldn't give me a standard fee or quantity options so that I could even choose! I asked him if I just wanted copy's of my work isn't there a standard fee you charge for quantity of flyers, business cards, etc. The phone call was COMPLETELY horrible. I told him that It's ok I don't want the work done and to have a nice day. This guy completely hangs up on me! Lol Such poor business etiquette. I network a lot and I will never recommend this place to any of business partners or associates. Long story short stick to what you know and hopefully these guys learn that customer service plays a big part in running a business. DO NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO GO HERE. Have gotten roll up banners and business cards through them and they always turn out amazing and within a fast period of time. They typically give us an estimate as to when the products will be delivered, but they always come early - they are FAST. They have also dealt with last minute changes and turn arounds from my end and have dealt with them swiftly without any errors, which I truly appreciate. Their assistance is very thorough as well, from double checking everything with bleed, printing, marks, to giving you different quotes based off of circumstances and timings. They're always able to answer any question we have even on short notice. Their quality of products is also top-tier.
