About two hours into our 5.5 hour drive to LA we pulled off the I10 to stretch our legs and…read moresuddenly the steering seized up. Pulled into the parking lot at McDonalds nearby and called this shop. We explained the situation, they were less than 5 minutes away and asked us to head over so the mechanics could take a look. The mechanics came out as soon as we pulled up, take a look, gave us a diag and an estimate within 10-15 minutes. Unfortunately, they wouldn't be able to obtain the parts for a couple days and we had to be in LA by morning. So no repair was done but they assured us it was safe to drive the vehicle back home to swap vehicles. They didn't charge anything for the diag and were very friendly and helpful!

The engine was running, but the truck wouldn't move. We pulled over to the shoulder of a very busy highway and started calling tow companies--most quoted a four-hour wait due to the holiday weekend. Then we reached A2Z Towing. What a difference! Despite being busy, they quoted just a one-hour wait--and showed up even sooner. Not only were we driving an extremely large truck, but we were also towing a trailer loaded with a Polaris, which meant we needed an exceptionally large tow rig to handle the job. They arrived fully equipped, with the right-sized equipment, and from the moment we spoke to them, they made us feel at ease--even as we waited in a stressful spot with traffic rushing by. I would not recommend this tire shop. They sold me an $80 used tire that was completely worn out…read moreand had almost no tread left. A tire in that condition shouldn't have been sold to anyone, especially at that price. I expected a safe, usable tire, but instead I ended up with something that needed to be replaced almost immediately. I feel like I wasted my money, and I'm very disappointed with the quality of the product and the lack of honesty. I won't be coming back, and I suggest others inspect any tire they buy here very carefully before leaving.
