Within a few hours of arriving at our vacation home on Memorial Day, we had a main sewer problem. I…read morewashed a load of towels and the water started backing up in the shower. Then the toilets wouldn't flush. What a nightmare happening on a holiday. I called several plumbers to try and get someone out to fix the problem. I left a message for 21st Century Plumbing and Robert called me back within the hour. He arrived shortly thereafter and determined we had a blockage in our main sewer line. He snaked the line at the clean out in the front yard and fixed the problem. Then he put his camera down there just to make sure there weren't any other problems. He showed up quickly on a holiday and fixed the problem. Robert definitely has our business moving forward!

Called J bird Storage and Justin answered, he was very nice and said his storage place has in house dump station for his customers, we informed him we were all set up elsewhere and he still allowed us to dump at his location. Upon arriving we saw that everything looked nice and well kept, large lot and easy to access dump station. We will definitely consider for the future. This is centrally located and definitely competitive with other spots we know of. It is one thing to have a good location but being kind and accessible was such a plus, we are grateful and look forward to working with Justin again.

I was able to get an appointment on the same day and they conducted a diagnostic test which revealed a faulty engine component. Fortunately, the part was replaceable and the cost was reasonable. We unfortunately had a very poor experience with Advanced Plumbing. The plumber who showed up was…read morevery nice and pleasant. However in the end, he didn't figure out why our pipes kept backing up. After having our pipes jetted and snaked twice everything backed again for the third time. We called on a Saturday, 3 weeks after having all the pipes cleared, and the house being vacant for those 3 weeks, everything had backed up again the day we arrived. Initially one of the owners (Amber) refused to send a technician unless we paid a $300 emergency fee to fix a problem they were already paid to fix. After some back and forth and me asking if they believe my family and I should go without showers, bathrooms or a sink for the weekend, she relented and sent the technician to our house. He snaked and jetted everything, it worked for a short period, then the next day it was backed up again. I resorted to my drywall contractor who quickly looked under the house to discover the 3 cleanouts that the plumber said didn't exist and immediately identified the problem. I don't typically like writing negative reviews but I paid for a professional service to fix a problem that never got fixed. The owner I spoke to (Amber) was not happy to deal with me and initially had no problem leaving us without proper plumbing for an entire weekend after her company serviced our home. Although the plumber was very nice and temporarily cleared the clogs he didn't know what more to do, even after looking underneath the house. Several people have told me that this company had lost a number of quality employees over the years due to disagreements with management. Whether that's true or not I can't attest to but after reviewing the other reviews on here it looks like most customers were very happy over a year ago. As of today I am not, and hope that Advanced Plumbing can return to the positive reputation they once had. I have since had the house re-piped and everything is working flawlessly. Yes, the drywall contractor re-piped everything in 2 days without issue because he took the time to look and figure out the root of the problem. I would've awarded the re-pipe job to Advanced Plumbing had they been more customer focused and technically proficient but that wasn't the case.
