My husband and I had just wrapped up a week on the Rim in Arizona when our Freightliner FL60 stalled while climbing the steep grade on Highway 87A out of Payson. The engine was running, but the truck wouldn't move. We pulled over to the shoulder of a very busy highway and started calling tow companies--most quoted a four-hour wait due to the holiday weekend. After reaching out to 3 different towing companies, A2Z towing came and saved the day. I got lost in Payson trying to find Mogollon Campsites, had slept in my car the night before and had enough gas left to go two miles. The closest gas station was 17 miles away. it was snowing, freezing cold and Henry arrived with his big 'ol flat bed tow truck. I was so happy I wanted to cry. Henry loaded up my SUV with my two dogs and off we went to the gas station 17 miles away. Henry went above and beyond after unloading my SUV and drove my SUV to the gas pumps. Moving our son to ASU from the central coast of CA and blew a tire in my sons car on the I10E freeway. We were in a bad spot 35 miles outside Quartsite AZ, and parked on the inside median barely off the road as the car was not moveable with the front tire being gone. Called Triple A since we pay for roadside assistance, 2 hours later still waiting for their sorry asses. Decided to call a tow truck company in Quartsite to see if they would come get us, pulled up reviews and seen A2Z towing had many great reviews and this guy HENRY had many good reviews on him as a driver. Called, talked to the owner and we agreed on a price to tow us all the way to Tempe, AZ, almost 2 hours away. Low and behold the driver who shows up is HENRY! Called on his way and kept us up to date on his whereabouts. My son and I crawled in the wrecker and had great conversations all the way to Tempe. When we got to our Airbnb HENRY was kind enough to help change out the front tire with the spare donut so I could get it to a shop the next morning and get new tires put on for my son. Can't thank you enough HENRY for all you did for us on the highway that day. If you are in an unfortunate situation like we were, it's nice to know you have people like HENRY who not only help out but actually care about their customers. Over this past weekend, our car started having severe car trouble outside of Chiraico Summit in CA. What could have been an extremely stressful situation ended up being one of the better experiences of our lives - bringing us to A27. First, Israel got in touch quickly and was able to dispatch a tow truck in due time. I would like to thank the staff at A2Z for all their help when the wheel came off my travel trailer across the street from their garage. I walked into their office to see if they could help me out and without any hesitation, they sent a man over with me to take a look. He figured a way to strap up the axel so I could drive it over to their shop. Once I got it over there the staff got right down to business accessing the situation and on the phone checking for the parts needed. I'm a retired mechanic and could tell they were very knowledgeable about what it would take to get my trailer back up and running. They earned my respect and trust on the spot so I had no problem leaving it there to be repaired. The staff was super friendly and respectful. From start to finish, they treated me like family! I was stranded near Quartzite in a remote area, panicked and stressed out with a small dog. The tow truck drivers responded soo quickly and were so kind n caring! My car broke down. Aaron the tow driver promptly saved us fro this horrible heat & the dangerous side of the freeway. He said to go in the cool cab & I will take care of your car! He was such a gentleman & opened the door! Made me feel very relieved & protected. We started on our journey & decided to change the area to tow my car to. He pulled over helping us above & beyond his job. We didn't know the area~ told him what city we wanted to be close to & brought up the area he found on his phone. This is the first time we have ever had to use a tow trucking service, we had a great experience. We had been waiting for a while due to our insurance dropping the ball and not sending our request in. As soon as our request was sent Joe the dispatch was on it. Had the misfortune of having to use the services of this company. But the good fortune to have to use them for their services While while entering I 10 in Quartzsite our truck blew a hose and we lost antifreeze. We thought it was a loose one, so we tightened it but knew we needed antifreeze. We got in touch and spoke with Evelyn, who got a roadside gentleman right out. We thought we were good to go with the truck and 5th wheel. Headed for Blythe and 2 miles down the road started to overheat. Pulled over and called Good Sam again .. they called A2Z, and again, sweet Evelyn worked her magic. Took a long time as this time of year Quartzsite grows to a town of 100,000, but as she told us, she was determined to get us to Blythe and our music jamming festival. Words cannot describe how wonderful and amazing Henry the tow truck driver that picked me and my family up today. Unfortunately on our way to chandler Arizona our fuel pump in the car went out and left us literally stranded on the Colorado river bridge on highway 10. Once we got to safe ground I found AtoZ towing on Google and finding them was the best thing that could of happened to me n my family. From the moment Henry arrived his smile and personable personality automatically left a calmness over me, a feeling that everything was going to be all good. Once loaded up Henry recommended a mechanic shop and once there he then proceeded to call on his personal phone hotels around the area using his connections to help get us a room for the night.
