I had a jet ski trailer with a flat. State Lime was just around the corner so i went in. The guy in the office took my tire which i assumed had some type of nail in it cleaned the rim put air in and it held. He said just a dirty rim couldn't hold pressure. 10 bucks 15 minutes later and i was on the road. 5 stars from me. They opened on time. We got the tires we needed after our blow out. We are glad to get what we needed and safely back on the road home.

I had a flat tire and was trying to decide between repairing it vs replacing all four tires. They do not sell rims here. Tires only. I came into the business and The staff was not friendly and seemed annoyed by me being there. I decided to only repair the tire instead of spending thousands of dollars here because the customer service was poor. They repaired the tire for a great price, but I felt awkward and unwelcome the entire time I was there. read more

This is the only place in Parker that has a high pressure air compressor for RVs; We needed our tires adjusted and I drove in. The young man who helped me actually aired up all six tires to my prescribed pressure. He was friendly and efficient. When I tried to pay for the service he said, "Air is free". Needless to say, I just tipped him. read more

I stopped by State Line with a flat tire on my boat trailer. I was afraid it was going to eat up half my day and be expensive. Less than 15 minutes and less than $20.00 later, my tire was patched and I was back on the road. I don't think I have ever been that happy at a tire shop before! Excellent and friendly service. This is my first Yelp review. I was just so angry with their service that I felt the need to sign up and let others know. We got a flat tire while we were on a weekend trip. We decided to get 4 brand new ones and decided on State Line since they were the closest and got good reviews. First off, they never called us to let us know it was ready for pick up. No big deal really. They said it was all good to go. Later in the day, we notice a lug nut missing and the stud broken. We called them to see what was going on. They said they forgot to tell us and that it broke while the tires were being installed. They then said it should be okay to drive with 4 lug nuts but not recommended. They blamed the broken stud on us and said we probably broke it while putting on the spare. When we started to question how we could break a stud by hand and why they didn't tell us about it, they decided to hang up on us. So to summarize, they didn't call us to say it was ready, didn't tell us they broke a stud, let us drive on it even they don't recommend it, said we somehow broke a stud by hand, and then hung up on us. If they told us what happened before we drove off and were more honest, it wouldn't of mattered too much. Also the guy we talked to on the phone said he wasn't the one who installed them but knew what happened but later it really sounded like he was the one who put on the tires. Awful customer service, "forgetfulness", shady, taking absolutely no responsibility, rude and easily put all the blame on the customer. A truly horrible experience. I hope no one else has to experience this. read more

We got a flat tire roaming around the roads by Shea Road. We pulled into State Line Tire to get it fixed. We sat in the car and they took the tire off, repaired the flat, all for $17. We gave him a $20 and we were on our way. Twenty minutes from beginning to end. Great service, fast, easy and out. Find yourself in the same predicament this is the place. read more

Brought two jet ski tires in that I bought someplace else. Only had 700 miles on them. Looked at tires a stated something wrong with the trailer. Direct to the place across the street. They replace my spare tires with a better tire and only cost me $114. For both. Changed them in 10min. Will come back if need to buy tires... read more
