I called them for a quote. When they came out I told them what needs to be done. They told me we will get back to you within 48 hours with a quote. Not only did they NOT get back to us in 48 hours I had to call them 3 days later because they totally forgot about us. Also they gave us a quote for a partial job because they couldn't get the parts for the window track in our kitchen nook. They said they would have to order the parts. When I asked how long that will take they said we don't know we will call you back when the parts are here. They never called us back with the quote, I had to call them so why would they call us when the parts are in? They will forget that too. I am a designer and recently had another valley glass company unable to complete the window install they were contracted to do. I found myself towards the end of an install needing to find another glass provider. I contacted Henry's, apprehensive that they may not want to pick up the pieces of another company's install and have been delighted with their professionalism at every step of the process since. Everyone I have dealt with from the office staff, Rigo and Kyle and all the field staff have been courteous, responsive and thoughtful about the project. their field guys spent more time measuring a handful of windows then the previous company spent on the entire install if that tells you anything! Daniel is especially talented at compensating for walls that are not level or floated perfectly. the mirrors he installed for us were not easy installs and they look perfect! After 6 "companys" tried to fix a sliding glass door so it would lock...and failed..I called Henry's thinking they might not come out my way. They sent a pro that examined the problem and indicated what it would need to getting it working correctly. (I already had others replace the locking mechanism twice). The lock came in and the installer knew that it would take some adjusting as well as the new lock. He was the first person to remove the entire door and work on it. The door has never been smoother sliding and locking is a breeze. FINALLY, found a r-e-a-l pro business that is really in business and not a simple glorified handyman. read more

Henry's Glass was great the first time I used them in Oct 2015. A few weeks later I needed another window replaced and they raised the price by 25%. When I called them they stated they made a mistake on their first bid and we settled on a price halfway between the original price and the new price. Moving forward I added a second mirror which was slightly smaller than the one they originally installed. The quote for the second mirror was 30% more than the first one. I questioned the owner about the price and his response this time is that he didn't have my paperwork and had no record he installed one at my house. If you are ok dealing with multiple prices for the same items, prices that change without a reasonable explanation then go for it. The quality of the finished work and the field guys are great. Not so for the office staff. read more

We asked for an estimate on replacing four windows and someone came right out and measured, and said we would get an estimate from them in two days. After a week I called and asked about it. Still no estimate. After 2 1/2 weeks we called and canceled and never did receive an estimate. Pretty poor customer service. read more

I have an old desert house in Indio that the original owner had added an extra bathroom with 2 small louvered windows. These used a hand crank to open and the screens were INSIDE the room. They were difficult to clean and certainly allowed dirt & sand in with any desert wind because they just were not airtight. Plus they were framed with metal & I thought it was so institutional looking.....It was about time to replace them. I found the estimating process easy and the windows were installed yesterday by Carlos and Andy. I couldn't be happier with how professional and efficient these young men were. They showed up on time and were respectful of my wishes to keep the doors closed while working in the bathroom as well as being careful when going in & out of the home because I have 3 indoor-only cats. The windows are very beautiful. I ordered double pane, frosted glass and they are better than I hoped for. I had taken 'BEFORE' pictures right after the estimate and then posted them on my Facebook page with the 'AFTER' pictures and got a LOT of great comments. I am so glad I had Henry's give me a quote to fix my sliding door. I had been told by Door Pros it was going to cost me $160 to get the sliders resurfaced and aligned. Door Pros was only out to get money... The Henry's employee was honest and told me that it just needed to be placed back on the runner. He put the door back on the slider and it was fixed. After the communication glitch was sorted out, Henry himself called. Impressive. Then Henry, Luis and Daniel took care of us by completing the installation of a difficult, heavy, frameless, barn door like, shower door system, including fabricating a replacement fixed glass panel which shattered when we foolishly tried to install ourselves.
